Pros: The house is very spacious (2 floors, 2 bathrooms). The kitchen is well equipped. Nice view from the terrace. Close to some levadas. Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons: No AC with a heating function or central heating; in December it was a little cold inside (a portable heater was available but could only be used in one room at a time). Poor lighting inside.

8 nights in a beautiful house

Pros: The house is amazing, and has all the facilities that you need and do not need in a vacation house. Is located on the Ponta do Sol hills and has an astonished view over the ocean from both terraces any any corner of the house. The parking is free in front of the house (on the street). All the facilities into the kitchen, barbeque, 2 bathrooms, one for each floor. Wi-fi excellent and we had a flowless check in finding the keys into the locker. The host gave us all the instruction for check in and also a complete guide for the island via WhatsApp. we also had an open communication during our stay. The area is very quiet and the neighbours very polite. The entrance to Levada Nova is 4 minutes by walk from the house. The location is very easy reachable driving 4 minutes from Ponta do Sol....otherwise difficult without a car. For sure it will be our first option if we are coming again in Madeira.

Pros: Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt ausgestattet und blitzsauber.Wir sind noch nie so lieb empfangen worden, Blumen, Süßigkeiten,Kaffee und Wein - so etwas erlebt man nicht alle Tage. Vielen lieben Dank
