Great value for money

Pros: Spacious, beautiful old house, fully equipped. Local bar 1 minute walking away. If you have a car, the this property is great value for money. You can also walk to Porto da Cruz beach, 20 minutes. In Porto da Cruz grab a tuna sandwich at Snack Bar Fragateira, absolutely delicious.

Cons: Double bed too short and matress too soft.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ávolo! The property is exceptionally comfortable and cosy, making it the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The garden views are absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We also appreciated the ample parking space, which made it very convenient for us. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We highly recommend Casa Ávolo for anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable family retreat!

Nice stay in big and cozy house

Pros: Whole property for us was super. Personal parking space inside for 2-3 cars without problem. Nice backyard, spacious living space. Two small bedrooms and cozy loft area. Location was ok, nothing was far away but also not super close, you will need a car (if you have, then no problemo).. Instuctions from host were super clear. In comparison to another house that we stayed this was precious gem!

Cons: Little bit dirty dishes, plates and glasses.

A great place to stay

Pros: The house is located just up the road from Portland Cruz and is extremely comfortable. We found it was great for a family since there is plenty of space and it was comfortable all round. To top it all off, when we asked about something, the team running the house responded to me in a very reasonable time. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Cons: There is very little to complain about but it would have been nice to have air conditioning at times.

A house with a stunning view on the mountains

Pros: The rustic look and very responsive staff, loved them!!! They were so helpful and very mindful! Oh and the living room with the look on the mountains.. just breath taking! The property is huge 10/10 easy!

Cons: By any means this is nitpicky and a minor issur. Cutlary was a little outdated and falling appart. Grinder for cheese was rusted. But nothing too crazy, if they would update that in the future, the property would be perfect!

Pros: Quiet location. Safe parking of car. Living area in house very comfortable

Cons: Beds are rather small. Ok until length 1,70.

Pros: Pobyt se nám velice líbil. Celý dům pro nás, cítili jsme se jako doma🙂 Ubytování bylo čisté.

Cons: Zlepšila bych jen trošku vybavení kuchyně. Chyběly některé základní pomůcky jako např. struhadlo.....

Чудовий дім але недолугий сервіс

Pros: Чудовий традиційний дім в мальовничому тихому місці з вражаючими краєвидами. Цікавий традиційний інтер'єр та оздоблення дому, гарне подвір'я, є місце для авто, є гриль зона з усім необхідним (але не вистачає тераси зі столом та стільцями поруч). Зручні ліжка, гарна постіль. Дім не дуже функціональний, не надто зручний, але дуже автентичний. Ми отримали його за гарною ціною, якби платили ту ціну яка зазвичай заявлена, оцінка була би значно нижче через вказані недоліки.

Cons: 1. Москіти, вони з'явилися неочікувано після дощу на третю ніч великим роєм. В будинку немає фумігаторів, це ж копійки, але гості принаймні зможуть спати (серед ночі не поїдеш в супермаркет) 2. Немає сушарки. Рушники, плавки, дощовики треба вішати на дерев'яні стільці та перила, вся чарівність інтер'єру втрачається і це незручно 3. Вперше за 20 років подорожей в апартаментах не було навіть солі, про цукор та все інше навіть мовчу. Нонсенс 4. Не має пральної машини, мабуть тому що продають додаткові чисті рушники за окрему плату 5. Є капсульна кавоварка, але не зміг знайти відповідні капсули, декілька раз купляв різні, з брендом, як на кавововарці, не підійшли. Варто залишати хоча б одну капсулу як презент для гостей, щоб розуміти що саме купляти. Або ж приберіть ту кавоварку. Це все питання до GuestReady. Сам будинок чудовий і заслуговує найвищої оцінки

Séjour confortable au calme avec une jolie vue que nous aurions volontiers prolongé

Pros: Le séjour est grand et confortable. La maison a du charme et est située au calme. Il y a un grand jardin et une jolie vue sur les reliefs. Parking privé très grand (pour 2-3 voitures)

Cons: Du fait de la présence d un jardin, ce serait bien d avoir un peu de mobilier de jardin (une table et deux fauteuils à minima). Absence d un étendoir pour mettre le linge et serviettes à sécher.

Très agréable

Pros: Belle maison bien située, bien équipée et très propre. Grand jardin avec BBQ Wifi ok Personnel rapide à la communication et bienveillant.

Cons: Il manque juste une machine à laver le linge et ce serait parfait.
