Once we were warm we were very pleased with our stay at the property.

Pros: We liked the property because it was well equipped, had good decor, had character and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the guide books which were interesting and useful

Cons: The house had not been heated when we arrived, it felt cold and damp. There was only one heater which worked. The gas heater needed to have a new gas bottle and we didn’t know how to change it. The house should have been heated before we arrived.

Pros: Well maintained house with all the necessary amenities, beautiful views and nice outside space :)

Cons: It is just a suggestion not a claim : it would be perfect to eliminate ants and millipedes prior to the arrival of guests. There were ants in the twin bedroom and millipedes in the living room on our arrival day. But it was not a big problem for us - there was an insect killer spray and we did it ourselves.

The perfect place to stay in the beautiful São Vicente

Pros: The property was extremely clean and very well equipped. Its location is spot on for where we wanted to stay in the beautiful São Vicente, with a very short walk down into the town, plus a handy parking space too.

Cons: Nothing, it was spot on.

Pros: The kitchen was really well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, and there was a range of outdoor furniture.

Cons: There is a slight smell of damp when we arrived, but as long as you aired the property, it was fine

Great for couples and/or families

Pros: We loved the space and the bed was comfortable. We loved having breakfast and dinner with candle light on our terrace. A big fridge and the wash machine were great to have.

Would definitely take again.

Pros: Excelent location, great view from terrace, large rooms, well equipped, quiet place, by 15 min walk you can access poll - natural pool and pool in hotel which is for free. We were 2 adults and 3 kids (12,5,1) and house is safe for little one's. We loved hammock and a super large parasol.

Pros: casa molto confortevole e dotata di ogni confort. ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. è davvero dotata di tutto l occorrente. cucina super fornita. Ci è dispiaciuto dover lasciare la casa e l isola di Madeira. Spero potremo tornarci presto. Host gentili e disponibili a venirci incontro a nostre eventuali richieste. La posizione a noi è piaciuta davvero tanto, ideale per chi ama relax e tranquillità.
