Pros: The views was exceptional. The location was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, and total peace and quiet. Great location for access to walks and the beach / natural pool at seixal. The host was very responsive and any issues were sorted immediately

A good place to rest and relax after a day of hiking along the Levadas.

Pros: A spacious house in a very good location in the small town of Sao Vincente in the north of the island. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Nearby amenities for shopping or eating out. Equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday. Great view of the surrounding area from the glassed-in terrace. Good contact with the host.

Pros: Large, very comfortable house with beautiful view. Quiet location. WiFi speed: 20-30 Mbps (more than enough). I recommend to have a car.

Pros: The house is big and convenient, there is even billiard there as well as place for making barbecue. The view to the mountains and, partially to ocean, including the beautiful chapel, is amazing - it is just really refreshing your mind and gives plenty energy. Balcony has plenty furniture and place to relax. The host Pedro met us personally, showed the house - it was so unexpectedly pleasant! The property can be good for small family (like us) or for a big family to stay, or even for a group of people, considering that there are several bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms.

Had a stay that was cut short but still very good

Pros: Pedro couldn't receive me in person, but he sent me a very clear video instruction, plus messages. The welcoming gift upon arrival was a nice touch. Unfortunately, due to a storm on Madeira, I was unable to make use of 2 out of 4 days at this accommodation, but Pedro was kind and generous enough to arrange for a refund for those two missed days, which I think he didn't legally have to do, so that is outstanding. He also offered me a car rental at a discount, but was so honest to say he couldn't match the offer I already had in the bag from another rental company. The views from the location are exceptional, it's a stunning valley and it overlooks it on almost all sides. The private parking area connected to the accommodation was highly appreciated. It's also a great location to explore the island from. Overall, I'd give it an 8,5, but since that isn't possible, I'm rounding it up to a 9, thanks to Pedro's outstanding help.

Cons: While clean, the place could have been just a little cleaner. It got a little chilly after the sun went down, and one electric heater for such a huge place is a bit lacking. Luckily I did bring a warm vest and warm socks. Communication was good, but responses usually took some time/were not very immediate.

Plads og udsigt

Pros: Der er meget plads. Det ligger smukt med god udsigt. God plads til 3 par. 3 etager og rigelig med parkeringspladser. Kort fra Sao Vicente og nærliggende indkøb og restauranter.

Cons: Det kræver egen bil. Der mangler udemøbler. En del teknisk virker ikke.

Pros: Nadherne miesto, o vyhlade ani nehovoriac. Fakt perfektne.
