Pros: Very cozy, well equipped apartment, with free parking included. Very kind and helpful hosts. Apartment is suitable for 3_4 people with lot of space. There is everything in apartment what you really need on vacation .

Very comfortable base for exploring the area

Pros: The property is outside the old town centre in a residential area a few minutes drive away. It's a spacious ground-floor apartment with space to park right outside in the courtyard with a security gate. The main room has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa and a big dining table. Teabags (English breakfast), instant coffee and sugar are provided and there was a plate of fresh fruit for us - much appreciated. A short corridor led to the bedroom and bathroom. The wifi wasn't working initially but the owner sent a technician to fix up a mobile internet until it was repaired. This also was much appreciated. The location was good - across the road was the 'Bela Vista' cafe which had tasty snacks (toasted sandwiches and burgers) as well as coffee and beer, and the lady that ran it was friendly and welcoming. There is also a supermarket down the road.

Pros: Newly refurbished apartment in a strategic location, to explore north and west side of the island.

Cons: Double bed is a bit short, about 1,80m.

Estancia perfecta

Pros: El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy cómodo y amplio. Tiene todo lo básico para el día a día, sitio para aparcar el coche y acceso por carretera bueno. La ubicación y las vistas son preciosas, un área muy tranquila y se descansa genial. El propietario fue muy amable y comunicativo. Totalmente recomendable!

BELL' APPARTAMENTO

Pros: Appartamento grande, molto pulito, dotato di tutto compreso lavatrice macchina del caffè, bollitore,forno a microonde. Wi-Fi ottimo. Posto auto dentro. La signora molto gentile ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta all arrivo e del vino. Fotografie veritiere. Consigliato vivamente.

Cons: Purtroppo i letti singoli della seconda camera sono scomodi perché non ci sono le doghe ma una tavola di legno. Se possiamo dare un consiglio mettere degli appendi ni in bagno per gli asciugamani.

Super Aufenthalt in São Vicente!

Pros: Wie durften die ersten Gäste in dieser neuen, frisch renovierten Ferienwohnung sein. Die Wohnung ist groß, ausreichend für 4 Personen und es ist Alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, eine Waschmaschine, zwei separate Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Schlafplätzen und eine tolle Regendusche. Alles tip-top sauber, nette Vermieter, die bei Fragen sofort erreichbar waren. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man auch eine Bäckerei, einen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle. Ein Parkplatz für ein Auto ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerne wieder!
