Pros: The haus is brand new, very clean, especially the kitchen is very well equipped, we have everything that needed for cooking. we stayed four nights, but i can image it's also suitable for long term stay. It's in a quite quiet corner, in the night we heared absolutely nothing. The view of the mountain on the other side is fantastic. The supermarket is only several minutes a way with car.

Cons: The damaged haus nearby, not so sensory-friendly, but it didn't disturb us at all.

Pros: The hosts were very kind and left a welcome gift — that was such a lovely touch! The kitchen is perfectly equipped — there was absolutely nothing we missed. Great location surrounded by mountains, only about 15 minutes by car to Restaurant São Cristóvão, which has an amazing view, delicious seafood rice, and very friendly staff.

Cons: There was a bit of a lack of storage space, but since we only stayed for three days, it wasn’t a problem at all.

Pros: Property was in a nice location not too busy and easy to get to the rest of the island with a car. Host was very responsive we requested a fan for the bedroom and it was delivered brand new in a few hours. The house is newly renovated and feels very homely.

Pros: Our stay in this house was wonderful! The house is spacious, clean, and very cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or dinner, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linen and towels are fresh and pleasant to the touch. The location is very convenient — a quiet and peaceful area, yet close to shops and the region’s main attractions. The host was friendly and always ready to help or give recommendations. This is a place we would love to return to!

Pros: Alojamiento muy agradabe y cómodo. Lleno de detalles de parte de la anfitriona que hacen la estancia muy fácil.

Cons: No está situado en la zona más bonita de São Vicente, pero compensa con unas vistas espectaculares

Top Unterkunft etwas oberhalb von São Vicente

Pros: Eines der besten Appartements, das wir je hatten. Top modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Appartement liegt etwas oberhalb von São Vicente, so dass man fast auf ein Mietwagen angewiesen ist. Restaurants und Supermarkt (Continente) sind 3-5 Km entfernt.

Cons: Es gibt keine Liegestühle und keinen Schattenplatz.

Chciałbym tu zostać na dłużej

Pros: Spędziliśmy w Casa da Avó udane rodzinne wakacje. Dom jest świeżo po remoncie, wygląda tak, jakby właśnie został wybudowany. Zarówno z zewnątrz, jak i wewnątrz, a także całe wyposażenie, są zupełnie nowe, kompletne i naprawdę wysokiej jakości. Odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że to miejsce jest realizacją marzeń naszej gospodyni, jakby urządzała je dla siebie. Gospodyni miło zaskoczyła nas poczęstunkiem – lokalnymi napojami, owocami i łakociami. Mieliśmy z nią dobry kontakt, była wyjątkowo miła, służyła radą i informacjami o lokalnych atrakcjach oraz wydarzeniach. Położenie w mieście São Vicente to ogromny plus – umożliwia szybki i łatwy dojazd do wszystkich atrakcji na wyspie. Jednocześnie otacza nas przepiękna, spokojna i kameralna okolica. Warto jednak mieć na uwadze, że wybierając to miejsce, przyda się samochód. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce oraz ten dom dla rodzin / grup 4 osobowych. Sam nie mogę się doczekać, aż wrócę na Maderę i ponownie zatrzymam się w tym domu.
