Pros: Beautiful very new place, window from bedroom towards the ocean, very private.

New, very nicely decorated place with pool and private garden just on the rocky beach - very close to super beach restau

Pros: View, cleanliness, private garden, very comfortable bed, sound of waves in bedroom, laundry service, friendly staff, breakfast. My absolute favourite was an beach restaurant nearby!

Cons: Smell in the bathroom. I was hoping to have a bit warmer pool. When looking at the pictures when I did the booking, I misunderstood that the sandy beach is very close, that actually wasn’t and it was a bit of disappointment- of course I should have been looked more careful myself.

Pros: From 3 locations this was by far the nicest one in Madeira. There are 2 very nice restaurants nearby. The view is excellent! The sound of waves during the night, therapeutic.

Great. Expensive but met the expectations.

Pros: It was great. We liked everything basically. I hope we can repeat our stay one day, unless it becomes more expensive.

Cons: I found the beds a bit uncomfortable but that’s nitpicking really.

Pros: It was probably the best place we stayed at in the island. Everything was great. Contact was smooth and the facilities in and around the house are nice. Good location and the particularly best part was the breakfast delivered to the fridge. The stay exceeded our expectations.

A little bit of paradise.

Pros: We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully presented, just as depicted in the photographs. Great location. Very relaxed. Great restaurants close by. Not in the heart of Seixal but it also doesn’t have the hills of Seixal! It’s quiet and parking is easy. Little unexpected treats are delivered each day. Would return in a heartbeat!

Pros: Amazing place to stay! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering incredible views. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house(s), amazing garden, incredible view, great service.

Pros: Very good communication with owner through WhatsApp, caretaker was present every day between 9-4 to help you with anything you need including laundry (free!), great breakfast (fresh bread, eggs, many fruits, yoghurt, cheese, marmelade, …), enough to last two meals, the house and garden were super modern and pretty, got several presents including red and Madeira wine 😍. Nothing was bad. We were even lucky to have fun Canadian neighbours with whom we could have dinner together on the patio. Amazing view on mountains and sea!

Cons: The only thing I can recommend for the owners is inside plants since I love plants and there were none inside. The ones outside were very pretty! Also think about the location on the island. It is not the most warm or sunny side (north), BUT very central so perfect for day trips to anywhere.

Loved it - falling asleep to the crashing waves every night was bliss!

Pros: The breakfast was amazing - Sophia baked fresh bread every morning and we were provided yogurt, fruit, juice, milk and cereal, eggs as well. It was delicious and one morning we even got custard tarts! My husband LOVED the traditional BBQ on the property and we used it twice. Grounds were amazing - pool, grass, gardens and view!

Cons: The only negative would be sharing the outside space with the other renters in the other villa - we didn't realize there were two, but we ended up having a lovely evening meeting a new couple from Belgium so it all worked out.

Great stay immediately next to the sea.

Pros: Beautiful view on the sea from the house, self made breakfast with fresh bread delivered every day and all you need provided daily in the fridge, quiet location, you hear only the waves, well equipped house. Swimming pool is a plus.

Cons: The two houses together can host 6 or more people, although only 4 seats available next to the swimming pool to relax.
