Perfect stay for a few nights

Pros: The well located house is spacious with parking in front of the door. It is very clean and stays cool on a hot day. The kitchen has everything you might need and the washing machine was handy. Large fridge and a dining area. The lounge was comfortable to relax after a long hike. It is close to hiking trails we enjoyed as well as areas to swim. We especially liked to swim at Faial. The town itself is very nice with good options to dine out. The owner is friendly and quick to reply to questions.

Well located small house, close to hiking trails

Pros: The house is very well located, close to hiking trails of North coast of Madeira. We enjoyed the authenticity of the place. Basically, it is located at the edge of the village, the house is surrounded by locals, or better say local farmers with their domestic animals (cows, goats and sheep) grazing in the neighbourhood. There is also a private parking place right next to the house. The house has only small windows; however, the view from the kitchen on the north coast of the Atlantic was nice.

Cons: Please mind that the house has two floors (with two separate entrances), we were in the upper floor, and the lower floor was rented to someone else. The house, especially bathroom might get cold during nights (bathroom window and window frame does not isolate at all), but if needed there are two portable electric heaters - radiators. The only window from the bathroom and one side window from the bedroom are directly onto the terrace which is rented to someone else (rented lower floor of the house).

Pros: Great location for hikes and access to the north coast. Private parking space is a great asset, ideally closely located to a supermarket too.

Amazing location and lodging

Pros: The location, comfort, and chatting with Lili and Marco. Lili provided us with a lot of information on the island and shared many things to do and different festivals happening.

Cons: Nothing, the place was great

Pros: Everything was great, the house nice and very clean, equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, the host very nice and friendly, we even got a bottle of wine as a welcome gesture.

Lovely Stay in Santana

Pros: The host was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including easy parking. This is a great location for local hiking. Highly recommended!

A very nice and pleasant stay up on the hill.

Pros: This was a very pleasant stay. I did not met Lily but Marco, both had a forthcoming style of communication and were very friendly. There was a welcome present waiting for me and i had a nice chat with Marco. It is a very nice house, it is up the hill, to get there you have to drive up some very steep and narrow roads - nothing unusal for madeira. Everything is more or less new, they do a very good cleaning job. It was a bit of a wet and cold time when i was there but they were prepared with an electrical heater.

Pros: I liked absolutely everything :) Lily and Marco were really helpful and communicative.

Cons: There is nothing that could be disliked :)
