Best place to stay in Luz

Pros: We stayed for one week and absolutely loved our time here. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The view from the patio was stunning. The furniture and bathroom were modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and all items needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very helpful and gave clear guidance when asked. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool were clean and well kept. The gym was also great. The location is quiet in a residential area with pleasant walks nearby. It is about a 10 minute drive to the centre and close to shops. The apartment was quiet during both day and night which added to our rest. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. I recommend this property and would stay again without hesitation.

Great location, nice staff well equipped and clean

Pros: Very well equipped room which was a good size, very clean and well prepared and also had a sea view. Fixtures and fitting all high quality, air con was great and the small pool was perfect for a plunge. Resort was quiet although it was October. Great location between Luz and Bergau

Cons: Turned up at 8pm so no staff on and could do with some lights near the gate so we could see how to get in. Car park had an incredibly tight entrance even for a relatively small car. Could hear the occupants of the apartment upstairs which was surprisingly loud. The apartment was showing signs of needing a refurb, some broken decking etc and the shower whilst hot and powerful was not easy to use and gave us a cold drenching when turning it on

Pros: The apartment was really nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. We also enjoyed the facilities, the outdoor pool area and indoor pool and spa.

3rd year back and still love this location. I have already booked to return next year.

Pros: Loved the overall experience. Very well maintained,

Pros: Great apartment very quiet and very well furnished. We will come back!

Luxurious, clean, high spec apartment and great facilities at the resort

Pros: It was wonderfully quiet. The apartment was perfect. It was of a high spec and truly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the resort and in the apartment and look forward to booking it again

Pros: spent a wonderful tim off the beaten track at this resort , great facilities in the gym and spa lovely swimming pool and great walks along the cliffs into either Bargau or Luz , if its a peaceful few days you are after there is no better place but if you want a bit of life it's only a uber away

Very comfortable stay

Pros: We have everything we need, 3 big rooms + 3 bath + 3 toilets, kitchen, washing machine, indoor swimming pool. The support is very quick (either by phone in working hours or by booking messages). Private parking.

Cons: First day, we are a bit worried about the ant, they were everywhere, but with the cleaner help to spray, they seemed almost gone.
