Pros: Breakfast was awesome and the grounds were brilliantly tended to. Comfortable room and good shower

Cons: Check in process was a bit onerous and painful, this could be easier and digitised. No kettle in the room but given one on request.

Worth the stay

Pros: Nice clean room with a great balcony. Pool area very well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Off the beach area so it's quiet.

Cons: Not their fault, all the new housing in town makes it harder to get down to the fishermans trail

Pleasant stay

Pros: Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and fully equipped, with a nice balcony to relax. Breakfast is tasty, with a great variety of food and beverage options. Pool is also a nice place to relax.

Cons: Despite the good maintenance, the facilities need a facelift. Internal procedures are a little outdated, a tech upgrade would help improve the guest experience.

No frills, but spacious rooms. Very comfy, peaceful, really good value but don’t expect any little touches!

Pros: Nice, comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, peaceful location, good value for money. The breakfast basic but good. Although the Coffee was too bitter and the machine made it very thick! I would recommend this place, excellent location just away from Luz but also close to Burgau. The bar was quiet and you had to ring a bell (and wait…) For service but was quirky and fun. The pool was nice, a bit cold but no one used it so was so peaceful. Overall we liked this place.

Cons: On the listing it said toiletries, kettle, and towels and robes were shown in photos. No robes, you had to ask for kettle and even then they did bring until I asked twice a day later, only one towel each. I asked for more and the housekeeping said no. Only shower gel, no shampoo. So bring your own! Balcony view was tiny! Not worth it!

Pros: Lovely staff who made our room available early and allowed us to stay on at the pool after check out as well as providing towels for the pool. Great breakfast too.

Lovely spot

Pros: Super gentle people working all over the place, flexibility in our check in hour and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitelly i would come back.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Such a lovely setting in beautiful gardens with a huge, immaculate pool. The staff were exceptional and even allowed us to use all the facilities once we had checked out of our room. Maybe a little updating all round is required but we had a very comfortable room with a new bathroom overlooking the pool.

Cons: Very little. It’s a wee bit tired in places but that kind of added to its charm
