Pros: Lovely place and very good stuff. Recommend with pleasure

Pros: Lovely house with everything you need. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and our conversations with Teresa, she is truly amazing! Good value for money compared to the rest of the island.

Cons: The shower head was broken, it needs a fix as the water goes everywhere and you end up with your hair wet even if you didn’t want to wash it

Pros: The room and the shared areas a clean and tidy. There is a cleaning Lady coming everyday to keep Things in order. The kitchen is well equiped and there are two bathrooms available for three rooms (one bathroom is outside). Two of the rooms have Access to a nice terrasse with a nice view to the ocean. There is enough space for the Cars.

Cons: Bathroom and Our room where a bit moldy and you could smell that (also in Our cloth). The humidity is quite high. We where there in May and everything was quite cold and no common heating available.

Excellent villa.

Pros: Excellent villa with a good prices. Clean, cozy, lots of space, Wi-Fi works well and great interior. The atmosphere is Incredible, there are absolute silence and calm, only birds sing. The room is large with access to the terrace and two windows. The room has a large bed, bedside tables, chairs, a chest of drawers, a clothes hanger. The villa has 3 rooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets, hot and cold water. A modern kitchen has everything you need for residents: a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, blender, all the necessary utensils for cooking. There are also two large dining rooms, coffee and tea, three large terraces and a sweet garden. Also a bus stop, a grocery store and a cafe are in 6-minute walk away. Gorgeous view of the ocean from above of the Island.

Cons: Everything is great and amazing.

Perfect location if you’re having an active vacation on Madeira

Pros: It’s very well maintained and clean, it has all the utensils you need. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Decent Budget Stay with Some Downsides

Pros: We chose this place because it was the most affordable option on the island, so we didn’t have high expectations. The apartment itself isn’t particularly stylish or unique, but it’s very clean and well-equipped, which was a big plus. The shared kitchen is spacious, and there’s even a summer kitchen with a garden, offering a beautiful view of the ocean—definitely the highlight of the stay.

Cons: Visiting in February, the biggest drawback was the cold. The entire building felt chilly, and the constant humidity was hard to ignore. Even with a dehumidifier, everything felt damp, but I guess that’s just part of the charm of the island’s northern coast. On the bright side, the location is great—just a 10-minute drive to Porto Moniz and its amazing natural pools. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly base to explore the area and don’t mind the humidity, this place does the job.

A nice place to spend a few days.

Pros: Decent place to stay for a few days, with a nice kitchen and a comfortable room. The cleaning lady that comes in daily was very accommodating. I'd be happy to stay again.

Cons: The shower floor is made out of the same tiles that are on the wall. It's extremely slippy and unsafe. At some stage, someone will have a serious accident in there. Something needs to be done about it.

Pros: - Very spacey common area for 3 rooms - a lot of equipment for cooking - regular cleaning - free to use laundry and dryer - necessary in the rainy season - beautiful garden and terrace with an amazing view - quiet and calm surroundings - easy parking area (for small cars)

Cons: definitely very good for the summer, but not perfect to stay in January since it was quite rainy so we could not use the outside area. The interior of the house (common area) was quite cold too, and a little damp.

Pros: We liked meeting other travellers. Kitchen has everything we needed. Everything was very clean. Host is very responsive with messaging. Best value for money at the time in the area.

Nice quite stay in Madeira

Pros: Nice common area including kitchen bathroom and living room and outside facilities as well ; the private room was good like the pictures show including heating. Everything very clean. The kitchen was well equipped only oil salt … were missing. Easy communication with the owner and we could have checked in earlier. We enjoyed it a lot!!

Cons: Bed was a bit hard in my opinion and the bathroom door was hard to unlock.
