Pros: Velice prostorný velkoryse řešený dům, s překrásným výhledem na moře z terasy, obývacího pokoje a hlavní ložnice. Moderní zařízení, plně vybavená moderní kuchyň. V terase zabudovaný bazén. Okolí bylo klidné, malá pláž a supermarket pár minut jízdy autem. Lokalita je výhodná, pro podnikání výletů.
