Pros: Fantastic house, fully equipped. Great place to stay on Madeira. The host provided all necessary information prior to the arrival.

Beautiful Villa that enables friends / groups to enjoy a holiday together in one location

Pros: The information about the property was clear and easy. Check in / out process was simple. The villa is well equipped and suited well for groups traveling together. The view from the villa is very nice and the layout is very good with bedrooms/bathrooms well distributed. Bus stop just in front of the house and access via taxi is very easy.

Cons: As mentioned in some of the other comments - there are several dogs in the area and when they are being fed or active they can be loud.

Lovely villa

Pros: Fabulous location and views, spacious comfortable and clean villa. Has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.The only negative is that there is no air conditioning.

Pros: Beautiful villa with great facilities both inside and out. Plenty of space for 6 friends on a walking holiday but could easily accommodate two families. Secure parking for 2 cars. Bus stops close by and only 10 minutes into the centre of Funchal. Local shop 5 minutes away for essentials. Nice restaurant at the top of the street.

Cons: No air con. It was however unseasonably hot. Fans did help but had to keep windows opened. Very noisy. Dog kennels a few doors away and other local dogs barking day and night. If not so hot could have closed the windows at night. Local school and kindergarten noisy during the day. Current major building works near by but suspect this will be finished in the next 6 months.

In general we were satisfied with the villa, it was really comfortable and pleasant to eye.

Cons: It was too hot as there was no air conditioning. And some furniture (curtains, sofas) are stained - but the spots seem to be because of the water(it’s not a big deal)

Pros: The design of the property was amazing, there was a group of us, so there was plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect it had everything you needed for entertaining. Very well thought out with a games area in the basement. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space, good sized bathrooms. The master bedroom that had a rainfall shower over the bath which was a lovely touch.

Cons: The only downside about the property were the dogs barking early morning.

Pros: Obiekt na wielki plus! Dom jest w rzeczywistości jeszcze ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Najbardziej doceniamy wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzami – byli niezwykle pomocni i błyskawicznie rozwiązywali każdą kwestię. Standard nas pozytywnie zaskoczył: świetne Wi-Fi (500/150) w całym domu, łazienka w każdej sypialni oraz dodatkowa toaleta w salonie. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona (łącznie z działającym piekarnikiem, zmywarką i pralką), więc bez problemu przygotowywaliśmy posiłki. W garażu czekały na nas atrakcje typu ping-pong i lotki. Mimo 17 stopni na zewnątrz, woda w basenie była ciepła i nie wymagała dodatkowego podgrzewania. Na plus również wyposażenie: suszarki, żele i ręczniki w każdym pokoju. Okolica wydaje się bardzo bezpieczna. Spacer nad ocean był przyjemny, choć powrót pod górę dał nam w kość! Stosunek jakości do ceny – rewelacyjny.

Cons: Dwie drobne uwagi dla przyszłych gości i gospodarzy: w kuchni trzeba bardzo uważać na mrówki – pojawiają się natychmiast po zostawieniu czegoś słodkiego (pewnie wystarczyło, że ktoś wcześniej zostawił otwarte drzwi i się zadomowiły). Dodatkowo, w mniejszej sypialni z łóżkiem małżeńskim materac jest już dość mocno zużyty i naszym zdaniem wymaga wymiany jak najszybciej, bo nie da się na nim spać i komfort snu mocno na tym cierpi. Nie widziałem też, aby była klimatyzacja, dostępne są tylko wiatraki, więc prawdopodobnie w wysokim sezonie jest ciężko, bo sypialnie mocno się nagrzewają. Poza tymi detalami – pobyt oceniamy na szóstkę!

Pros: Було все для комфортного проживання та відпочинку, багато деталей щодо кухні (для приготування будь-яким способом, що було важливо). Усе продумано до деталей

Cons: Двері ззовні зачиняються мертво, мали проблему з цим бо забули ключі зсередини в дверях. З нас хотіли зняти гроші одразу ж, бо начебто потрібно викликати майстра і ламати скоріш за все замок(нам потрібно було йти на екскурсію , а приїзд майстра був невизначений в часі)😒хоча це не наша провина щодо системи дверей. Проте в нас була відкрита тераса і пощастило не попасти на незаплановані витрати. +помешкання запевняє що у них один ключ від вілли і зара них немає. Дуже дивно і не продумано Тож будьте уважні. Відкривали калітку для машини аби зайти до помешкання, бо центральні двері до двору не відкривались. Інструкцій чітких не надали, а це важливий момент для зручності гостей. Вибивали пробки часто і не працював інтернет час від часу, потрібно було перезавантажувати. На -1 кімната пахне сирістю , що заважає комфортному проживанню внизу

Pros: Lokalizacja dla nas była idealna. W bliskosci Funchal, ale na tyle daleko by spokojnie wypoczywać
