The apartment looks like it is in pictures.

Pros: The view through the windows was very nice, all necessary things were in the villa (except the automatic laundry dryer (that was named as should be)). the internet connection was perfect.

Cons: Probably because of low season (we stayed at the end of February) in villa was very very cold and the smell was not very nice (there was quite a strong smell of mold). It is a pity that before booking we haven’t seen any comments regarding that bad smell and cold..

Boa mas com capacidade para melhorar

Pros: A casa é bastante espaçosa e encontra-se relativamente perto do centro do Funchal. Internet e TV a funcionar bem. É fácil estacionar na rua e os acessos são bons para a orografia da Madeira.

Cons: Faltam algumas coisas básicas para 6 pessoas que pretendam cozinhar, como por exemplo talheres, tachos e travessas de maior dimensão. Era bom se tivesse almofadas de diversas espessuras e aquecimento (edredons), pois infelizmente o tempo não ajudou na semana que lá estivemos e a sensação de frio é presente na casa. O isolamento acústico é o normal das casas na Madeira... Necessita de alguma manutenção básica na limpeza exterior (folhas e ervas).

Pros: Willa położona w idealnym miejscu, cisza bardzo łatwy dojazd. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek. Przestronne pokoje i bardzo duży salon z tarasami. Przepiękny widok na ocean, miasto i góry. Willa dodatkowo wyposażona w nowy grill gazowy, z którego potrawy smakowały przepysznie. Kontakt z właścicielem idealny na każdym etapie. Dużo ulotek informacyjnych, na podstawie których można zaplanować zwiedzanie wyspy.

Pros: Piękny widok na Funchal! Duży przestronny dom. Duży salon z częścią wypoczynkową. Kuchnia wyposażona wzorowo (przydałby się tylko 1 większy garnek).

Cons: Zaniedbany ogród i otoczenie domu. Brudny grill, nie do użytku.

Hat alles super gepaßt. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Wunderschöner Blick auf den Hafen und das Stadtzentrum. In 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Villa sehr sauber und großräumig. Einrichtung modern und zeitlos. Küche vollausgestattet. Türcode optimal, kein Schlüssel suchen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Villa sehr zu empfehlen. Buchen wir gerne wieder.

Cons: Garten bedarf etwas Pflege.
