Pros: The location is about 2 km from the beach, in a neighborhood of single-family houses. The house is new, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful in every matter. 😊

Cons: For some people, a small inconvenience may be the shared kitchen used together with the hosts; however, their hospitality and openness make up for it. Moreover you can prepare small meals in the room—there is a kettle and dishes available. 😊

Pros: Our stay in Madeira was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to our wonderful hosts - Goretti and Mauricio. This wasn't just accommodation; it was a completely personalized and authentic experience. The hosts were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, offering fantastic, local tips that completely transformed our trip. They went above and beyond to assist us with logistics and arrangements, which was invaluable. Beyond their amazing assistance, the breakfasts were simply outstanding—delicious, beautifully prepared, and a perfect start to our busy days of exploring. It was clear everything was made with care. This is the perfect place for anyone who values genuine hospitality and wants to see the real Madeira. We highly recommend this accommodation and sincerely thank our hosts for their warmth and generosity! We hope to return soon.

Great hosts which were the highlight of this place! Very clean room, good value for money.

Pros: Goretti and Mauricio were great hosts, very responsive and friendly. They shared some of their home grown dragonfruit and Madeira wine with us on arrival and gave us lots of local travel tips. Room was very clean and recently renovated. Good value for money. Parking on site with enough space to manoeuvre. Full shared kitchen available.

Cons: It did get a little warm inside the room so recommend keeping the sliding doors open at night.

Absolutely wonderful stay- felt like home!

Pros: We had such a lovely time at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was safe, peaceful neighborhood just a short drive from the airport and Funchal. What made our stay so special were the amazing hosts, Goretti and Mauricio. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. If you can, have dinner prepared by them and experience the authentic local dishes, beautifully prepared, and unlike anything we found in restaurants around Madeira. Our 21-month-old daughter had the best time running around the garden (still being finished), watching the chickens, and trying out some strawberries from the garden. It made the whole trip feel even more relaxed and homely. A wonderful place with wonderful people, we will happily stay here again. Thank you Goretti and Mauricio!

Hosts are really nice. Room for two perfect.

Pros: Very nice hosts, doing everything for the guests and more. The Villa is new for two persons perfect. The terasse will look very nice once finished. Breakfast also recommended.

Cons: Room is not too big, for three persons very tight. Third person sleeps on air bed.

Pros: I recently visited this property and was truly impressed. It's beautifully maintained, in a great location, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira

Pros: Goretti und Mauricio sind wunderbare Gasteltern. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt, sie sind so herzlich und haben uns mit leckeren Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt und sogar einmal für uns Brot gebacken. Wenn wir noch einmal auf Madeira sind, kommen wir defintiv wieder. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt bei euch.

Cons: Für mich war das Bett ein bisschen zu hart. Sonst war alles super.

Pros: Gospodarze są bardzo przyjaznymi i pomocnymi ludźmi, zabrali nas nawet na lokalną wyprawę, aby spróbować prawdziwej maderskiej ponchy i espetady.

Pros: Hele fijne hosts, erg vriendelijk en heerlijke poncha in het cafe in de straat. Fijn dat we van de keuken gebruik konden maken!

Cons: Het bed zou een zachte topper matras kunnen gebruiken. Het huidige matras is erg hard.

Pros: Reservámos para 6 noites e correu tudo melhor do que esperado. A D. Goretti e o Sr. Maurício foram impecáveis de início ao fim, aumentando a experiência de ficar neste alojamento. Ficar neste alojamento não é só ter um bom quarto com arrumação e casa de banho privada, é também ter uma localização espetacular com vista sobre as ilhas desertas, conselhos amigos dos anfitriões e ainda a oportunidade de conhecer e apreciar a sua companhia e de outros hóspedes em momentos de companheirismo e boa poncha. Sem dúvida uma experiência inesperada mas bastante agradável. Vale a pena não só pelas condições e localização, como por toda a restante experiência.
