Pros: Reliable, trustworthy, very clean and well equipped accommodation. The communication with the host was just great. The location and parking garage are also a big plus.

Cons: Not a disasvantage, but a tip for the future - AC installation.

Great Apartment & Location

Pros: An amazing stay at Marlène’s! Stunning ocean views, spotless and well-equipped apartment with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. Ideally located, close to the city center yet peaceful. Marlène is a fantastic host. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Madeira!

Pros: We couldn’t have asked for a nicer 7 nights away in Madeira! The apartment was well presented, clean and comfortable, and kitted out with everything we could possibly need. A lovely 15 minute walk to the centre of Funchal and surrounded by many great bars and restaurants! Marlene was a top host, responding quickly to our messages and offering multiple suggestions! We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic! Marlene was the best host! And I love the apartment and the location.

Pros: The location is perfect for those who drive. Its slight off from the city so you wont meet the crowded streets coming jn and out. And yet it is 10 min walking distance from city centre.

Cons: Not much… maybe it was missing a shampoo and conditioner, but that is just nit picky

Exactly what we needed!

Pros: Perfect location for exploring Funchal and the rest of the island. Parking garage was ideal for our rental car. Property was clean, spacious, and the host (Marlene) was super helpful and friendly.

Cons: The neighbours were a little noisy, but that is of no fault of Marlene. The apartment was very hot, even in winter, so it may be a little unbearable in summer without air conditioning.

Spacious harbour appt with sea view

Pros: Very spacious appt on an excellent location on the outskirts of Funchal harbour, eg. 2-3 mins walk to CR7 museum. Nice sea view and good parking. Host was very kind, as road works blocked our Google maps itinerary to the appt, she drove with her car so we could follow her to the appt/garage. Recommend!

Pros: A beautiful place right above the port. Easy access to town and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A great stay in Funchal!

Ideal location for the centre

Pros: Ideal location for the town, well equipped with little extras. On arrival water, and welcome wine and cake, was a nice touch. The flat was light and airy and did not get overheated. A good garage space with easy access

Cons: Slightly noisy, from neighbours, and the balcony doesn't get the sun

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and clean. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and center. Also as a place to explore other part of island because is close to main roads. Parking spot is a real game changer in this area. kitchen is fully equipped so if you want to cook on your own you will find there all you need. Facilities for baby as travel cot and feeding chair are also available. The host is super nice. There was no problem with late arrival. she recommended us some restaurants and gave advices about car renting. Also she help us with organizing transport to the airport. she prepared a small snack for us for morning which was super nice and lifesaving. Totally recommend!

Cons: - equipment (hairdryer, iron, washing machine but also food storage boxes - not obvious but helpful) - localization - parking spot

Pros: Ubytování splnilo vše, co jsme potřebovali. Naprosto milá hostitelka!:) Ubytování čisté, pěkné a hlavně prostorné. Chtěli jsme být v centru a je to hned vedle krásné promenády podél pobřeží. Určitě bychom si apartmán vybrali znovu. Klidné prostředí úplně nehledejte, je to v blízkosti kruhového objezdu, auta jsou dost slyšet - na Madeiře ale není tolik rušno na silnici jako v jiných destinacích. Ale jako výchozí bod do města - skvělé :)

Cons: - v koupelně byla plíseň ve spárách ve skleněné zástěně, trochu by si to zasloužilo renovaci, vana byla nic moc - jsou slyšet dost sousedé, s tím musíte počítat :)
