Lovely spacious house in a great location

Pros: Really lovely clean and spacious accommodation. In a very good location. Close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, the airport and the local bus station.

Cons: The property was advertised as having three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spare toilet. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There were TWO bathrooms and a spare toilet. We were three individual friends so wanted a bathroom each. Also, the ensuite bathroom had a very bad sewage smell coming from the drain in the sink which we could not get rid of. There were also a lot of dogs barking all night in the area and cats walking around the outside of the property day and night. This did not bother us too much but may disturb others.

I recommend this villa

Pros: Everything is great. Nice place, comfortable villa. About 15 minutes to the sandy beach. About 5-7 minutes to the shops Pingo Doce and Continental. The kids swam in the pool every day. Very intrusive when it was windy on the beach.

Pros: This apartment blew my socks off! It was spacious, with a nice design and open concept, which is so important. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was even a pool although it was being worked on so we didn't get a chance to use it but we definitely will the next time we rent!

Cons: Sadly...we missed the oppotunity to use the pool but the owner was changing the water filtration system during the low season which makes sense. We were told of it well in advance so it's not something I didn't like more something I wish I could have experienced!

Nice apartment

Pros: The house was big and spacious , had a big terrace outside , had free parking outside , had 3 toilets , balcony in 2 of the bedrooms .

Cons: The showers were not very good as they seem to be portable ones so they clogged up very quickly and took ages to drain and the water would end up coming out onto the bathroom floor . There was also loads of ants in the kitchen and the small lizards .

Pros: This was absolutely amazing! The apartment is big and beautiful. And that view from the terrace is just wow! Would love to come back.

Comfort, vast two-story building suitable for big family or company stay

Pros: The location is excellent. It is near the supermarket and bus station. There are parking areas on the street near the house.

Pros: Un très beau logement, très spacieux et une belle piscine ! Prestations de belles qualités

Cons: La cuisine mériterait d'être mieux équipée. Une plus grande table en extérieur serait le bienvenu pour plus de 4 personnes. Un peu de bruit lié aux avions, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny dom wolnostojący z basenem położony bardzo blisko centrum miejscowości. Parking pod budynkiem i na posesji. Trzy duże sypialnie. Dwie łazienki i osobne WC. Taras i pokój dzienny na jednym poziomie. Sypialnie i łazienki na drugim. Świetne miejsce do wypadów na zwiedzanie wyspy. Blisko sklepy i plaża. Klimatyczne miasteczko. Wystarczające wyposażenie (lodówka, pralka, piekarnik, czajnik, ekspres, mikrofala, itp.) + TV i internet. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Brakowała zmywarki. Naczynia kuchenne do wymiany - patelnie i garnki. Do uzupełnienia wyposażenie kuchni (miski, noże, szklanki itp.) Ciśnienie wody w jednej w łazienek bardzo słabe ale można było korzystać z drugiej.

Pros: maison super, spacieuse et bien équipée, proprietaire accueillant et disponible si besoin. emplacement super, facile de se garer, a 6mn a pied du supermarché et pas loin du centre ville et de la plage.
