Pleasant stay overall

Pros: Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Outdoor pool unusable as not heated. New sunbeds so short they are more like chairs and very uncomfortable.

A perfectly located large hotel with two beautiful swimming pools and lots of amenities.

Pros: A large well located hotel with amazing swimming pools and fantastic breakfast. Our studio apartment was huge with amazing views of the ocean. Two very large and beautiful swimming pools overlooking the sea. Lots of bars, restaurants, and activities located around hotel. One of the best located hotels in Funchal between the Town Centre and Hotel Zone.

Cons: Payment for the hotel was very confusing as I had payment on arrival and they kept messaging me to pay in advance. Also, hotel was a bit dated in the Madeira Beach section but very clean and comfortable.
