Pros: Very big villa with all necesary to spend time with family. The pool was great extra, our kids loved it. Beautiful ocean view.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Madeira’s north coast!

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and even a private garage. The large swimming pool and the view of the Atlantic Ocean were absolutely stunning. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Madeira’s north coast!

Cons: One small downside – on a few mornings, we found a couple of large cockroaches, already lifeless or barely moving, likely affected by pest control measures. Nothing major, but something to be aware of in a warm climate 😊

Beautiful villa with private pool!

Pros: Very clean, and everything you could want for cooking your own meals. Pool was amazing. Beautiful location.

Cons: There were ants in most of the rooms. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

I can fully recommend the place

Pros: Beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool on west facing terrace, meaning lots of sunshine and excellent sunset views. Ponta Delgada is a small and friendly village, well located for access across the island.

Cons: Nothing not to like! As others have said, a few more mugs would be good but there are plenty of dainty coffee cups and overall it’s a large and well equipped kitchen

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Ausstattung. Von uns 👍. Handtücher, Willkommenssnack, Seife, Waschmittel, alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden.

Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn der Wäschetrockner funktioniert hätte. Es hatte viel geregnet und wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht trocknen können..

Pros: La piscine très appréciable même si l'eau est froide L'ascenseur très pratique pour monter les valises du garage aux chambres La vue Maison moderne , spacieuse et bien équipée Literies confortables

Cons: La climatisation n'est pas utisable car la télécommande est introuvable, dommage Pas d'anti moustiques alors qu'ils sont nombreux, voraces et difficile à voir... ça gâche un peu le séjour. Le portail automatique ne s'ouvre qu'à moitié et oblige une action manuelle La paroi sous baignoire ne tient pas.
