A great value for money spacious villa with breath taking views of the sea .

Pros: It was great that the owner met us. She was v responsive to texts etc.

Cons: It didn’t bother us but access to the property is v v steel so if you have mobility issues you might struggle .

Pros: This house has a lot of space. There are a lot of entertainments for cases when it is rains.

Cons: I would rather just give an advice. It would be great to notify that not all devices work becase we have spent some time to understand how it should work. kitchen hood, coffee Espresso machine, ice maker and disposer werr not working. However there are two more working coffee machines and the landlord has fixed the kitchen hood after our request)

Ideal para grupos grandes

Pros: Casa muy cómoda, con todas las instalaciones posibles, habitaciones cómodas con numerosos baños, dos cocinas totalmente equipadas, piscina, área de juegos con mesa de billar, gimnasio y sobretodo unas vistas impresionantes. Ideal para grupos grandes. Sin duda volvería.

Cons: No hay radiadores en todas las áreas y de noche en enero se pone un poco frío, es lo único.

Nasze Maderskie Wakacje

Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu na wyspie jest super. Chociaż wjazd do willi jest stromy. Fanny jest bardzo kontaktowa i pomocna. Są cztery sypialnie, w tym dwie mają własne łazienki. Dom jest ogromny, ma cztery kondygnacje. Lokalny bar z ponchą jest naprawdę klimatyczny. Widoki z willi są urzekające, widać ocean.

Cons: Wydaje się, że drobne niedociągnięcia (np. stara deska do prasowania czy suszarka do prania) są do zaakceptowania w wakacje. Wystrój domu już niezbyt nowoczesny. Najgorsze były chyba jednak poduszki (małe i prawie bez wypełnienia) i twarde materace (szczególnie w sypialni na samej górze). Myślę, że wymiana tych paru rzeczy, znacznie podwyższyłaby komfort i zadowolenie wynajmujących.

Mooie grote villa met mooi uitzicht en privé zwembad!

Pros: Wat een mooie grote villa met prachtig uitzicht! Echt verrassend groot! Heerlijk met een privé zwembad!

Cons: Het werd best heel warm in de avonden en nachten en er was maar 1 ventilator.

Pros: Het huis is top! Groot en alles voorzien! Het zwembad is heerlijk! De ontvangst hartelijk!

Cons: Warm water werkt op zonneboiler dus niet genoeg warm water bij slechter weer. Matrassen waren te hard voor ons.

Empfehlung!

Pros: Die Villa ist riesig. Noch grösser als auf den Foto. Im untersten Stock ist der Spielraum/Bad und Zugang Pool plus eine Küche. Im zweiten eine Küche/Bad und Ess-/Wohnraum. In der dritten Etage der Masterraum mit ensuite Bad und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer plus Bad im Gang. Im Dachstock nochmals ein Zimmer mit ensuite Bad. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Super Aussicht, gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben-obwohl wir viel zu spät dran waren. Alles unkompliziert und noch besser als beschrieben. Top!!.

Cons: Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit teilweise abends ein bisschen kalt im Haus.

Tolle Villa mit Pool und Meerblick

Pros: Super komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Pool und Zugang durch die Spiel- und Fitnessetage. Alle erdenklichen Ausstattungen waren vorhanden. Super Kontakt zur Vermieterin über WhatsApp.

Cons: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem SUV problemlos möglich, mit anderen Autos wegen des Gefälles eher schwierig. Je flacher oder länger die Autos, desto eher setzt man auf. Leider gab es keinen Fußweg nach Ribeira Brava.
