Amazing house, incredible host

Pros: Felt extremely homely, whilst very special. Huge amount of thought had gone into anything you might need. Welcome from Filipe was exceptional.

Relaxing week with 4 adults and an 8 year old enjoying the pool, view and island.

Pros: The location is wonderful. The area is quiet and the house feels private. Parking is easy right next to the property. The property itself is impeccable; it is well furnished and well decorated and really has everything you might need from a holiday home. The decor is of a high standard and the living area is spacious with a lovely gigantic sofa. The outside kitchen and pool area is really lovely to spend time relaxing and enjoying the view of nature and the sea (equally viewable from the hot tub!). Filipe is an excellent host; and his restaurant (5 minutes drive away) was the best food we had on the island, and near the sea in a lovely location.

Cons: There is nothing not to like about this property.

Pros: Not much to say except that everything was perfect !! Filipe is a very kind host, responsive and very careful about the quality of his accommodation. The house is fantastic ! I have rarely seen a rental so well equipped. In addition we have the chance to be the first guest to experienced the new renovation work and the outside annex. It come with a courtyard near the pool with a roof and outdoor kitchen that is now added to the house and make it even above our expectations. I can only recommend it... Thanks again to Filipe for making our stay on this magnificent island even more beautiful. (PS: You shouldn't miss the chance to eat at \

Traumhafte Villa mit Meerblick und allem was man braucht

Pros: Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage auf Madeira in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit tollen Blick auf das Meer in ruhiger Lage. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden, von Grill, Outdoorküche, Pool, Whirlpool bis hin zum Billardtisch und Tischtennisplatte im Keller. Der Gastgeber Filipe ist super nett, hilfbereit und hat zusätzlich ein tolles Restaurant, welches absolut empfehlenswert ist. Alles ist super sauber und mit Liebe ins Detail hergerichtet und eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Erholung im behaglichen Heim

Pros: Schönes Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, gepflegtem Garten mit Obstbäumen und tollem Außenbereich. Pool und Jacuzzi haben wir täglich genutzt, bei Regenwetter (was wir leider hatten) war der Spiele-Keller prima. Schönes Wohn-/Esszimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, ein größeres Bad, ein kleineres und ein Gäste-WC. Gute Lage für Ausflüge quer über die Insel. Eigentümer Filipe hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert, vielen Dank!

Cons: Nur zwei deutsche TV-Kanäle (nicht wirklich ein Problem). Die getönten Fenster sind im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm, machen es sonst etwas dunkel.
