Lovely Apartment

Pros: Good area, close to the old town and city centre. Supermarket within 10-15 walk, and restaurants, pubs etc. The apartment was very spacious, big kitchen area, with a fridge, kettle, toaster, hob (no cooker) Joao offered a car rental service, as well as airport transfers, which was a good additional touch, also checked in half way through my trip, to make sure everything was OK. I'd definitely return, thank you.

Cons: The bathroom/showeroom was a little small, but still manageable

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, parking który jest na przeciwko apartamentu i jest wliczony w jego cenę. Apartament jest dwu poziomowy. Dół apartamentu komfortowy, klimatyczny pokój dzienny połączony z kuchnią i z małym tarasem ale bez widoków - mur, jednak taras był miłym dodatkiem. Góra to sypialnia i łazienka. Ręczniki plażowe, wygodne łóżko. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, nie korzystaliśmy ale jeżeli ktoś by potrzebował gotować na miejscu to wszytko jest dostępne. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu. Potrzebowaliśmy przedłużyć wymeldowanie i nie było z tym problemu.

Cons: mała łazienka - w szafie ;-) hałas od ulicy, słychać zwłaszcza w sypialni. No ale to centrum Funchal , auta słychać zapewne w większości apartamentów w centrum miasta. WiFi dobrze działa tylko na górnym poziomie apartamentu.

Kann man jedenfalls weiterempfehlen

Pros: Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet und alles ist noch sehr neu mit einer großen Terassen und super Küchenausstattung. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man geht nur ein paar Minuten zu den nächsten Bars und Restaurants. Eine Parkgarage ist ganz in der Nähe verfügbar.

Cons: Wir fanden das Bad sehr klein und die Dusche war leider verstopft, wobei der Vermieter sich nach unserer Abreise und unserem Hinweis darum kümmern wollte, sollte also wieder passen. Nachts kann es aufgrund der Lage zur Straße schon mal etwas lauter sein, aber mit Oropax hatten wir nicht so große Probleme.

Ottima soluzione per visitare isola

Pros: Posizione strepitosa, a circa 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Molto vicino ad un lido attrezzato (su terrazza) bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort (tostapane, spremiagrumi, piastra induzione, macchinetta caffè nespresso oltre a pentole e stoviglie) presenza di un giardinetto esterno. Apprezzato moltissimo la presenza dei teli mare e parcheggio/garage compreso proprio di fronte alla struttura

Cons: Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi con il codice appartamento, contattato il proprietario ha mandato una persona per verificare il tutto ma che non ha potuto risolvere immediatamente la questione perchè non aveva le chiavi. Abbiamo aspettato circa un'ora (nel frattempo siamo andati a fare la spesa) e poi tutto si è risolto ma le scuse da parte del proprietario sarebbero state gradite. Unica pecca, l'alloggio si trova su strada particolarmente caotica e la porta di accesso delle camere è proprio fronte strada..si dorme quasi meglio nel soggiorno/cucina del piano sotto (divano comodissimo!!!)
