Well located cosy apartment
Pros: It is located right in the city centre, within walking distance of major attractions in Funchal. The apartment is compact but cosy, perfect for 2 people. It is on a quiet road so very peaceful. The parking space was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom is very small but not really a problem. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: It's on a third floor with no lift, we got used to walking up and down the stairs but it might prove difficult for less able people or if you have heavy luggage.

Pros: Location is great. The studio was clean and well-equiped, and amazingly quite. Despite confirming the arrival time, there was a little confusion on the address/key collection, but the staff was nice and tried to find the solution the quickest possible way. Would stay here again.

Perfect for short stay
Pros: Property was in perfection location, close to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and make coffee in the mornings. They made sure ours needs were accommodated (early check in, change of towels). In general very pleasant stay.
Cons: The bathroom was really tiny, but it had all the amenities needed.

Great loft with parking close to downtown Funchal
Pros: This flat was perfect for a little break in Madeira for a couple. The location was right in downtown Funchal, meaning a short walk to everything, so many restaurants and cafes. The flat was modern and well decorated. The kitchen was small but particularly well equipped. The parking was so convenient for our hire car. The hosts were very communicative, and left us very generous welcome gifts
Cons: The pipes in the bathroom & kitchen could be a little smelly, but we just made sure the doors were kept shut

Top verblijf in Funchal, loopafstand van alles of als uitgangspunt voor het eiland
Pros: De accomodatie ligt net buiten het centrum. Heeft een privé parkeerplek achter de poort wat top was voor de auto. Communicatie ging super en snel. Zo fijn om alles op 1 plek te hebben en vanuit hier het eiland te ontdekken. Goede faciliteiten en schoon. Zou het zeker aanraden!
Cons: Er is me niks tegengevallen. Het enige wat ik miste was op de badkamer een mogelijkheid om toilettas kwijt te kunnen, dit aangegeven bij de verhuurder en zou meegenomen worden in de feedback.

Pros: Lokacija je odlična, apartman uglavnom ima sve što je potrebno za boravak, čistoća je na dobrom nivou, domaćin veoma ljubazan i predusretljiv da pomogne.

Pros: Гарні, тихі апартаменти у центрі Фуншалу з гаражем , поруч з автобусною зупинкою, ринком та великим супермаркетом, де можна придбати все необхідне ( є дуже великий вибір риби та м‘яса, якщо ви плануєте готувати самі), наявність пральної машинки, плити, духовки, чистота, легке та зручне заселення за кодом, хороший напір воли у кранах. Господарі залишили водичку і подарунок,що було надзвичайно приємно! Дуже вдячна за таку гостинність!🥰
Cons: Дуже маленька ванна кімната і трохи незручна душова кабіна, відсутність ліфту ( хоча для нас це не була проблема, бо ми були без валіз)

Parfait pour un séjour en plein coeur de Funchal !
Pros: Appartement spacieux et propre, idéalement situé. Le parking était un vrai plus !

Ottimo soggiorno a Funchal!
Pros: La casa è molto curate e luminosa proprio come appare dalle fotografia. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro ma in una strada silenziosa, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercato dos lavradores e dalla cattedrale. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche due supermercati molto forniti. È presente anche un parcheggio privato per la propria auto, cosa utilissima considerando che solitamente là si noleggia per visitare l’isola. La cucina è completa di ogni utensile. Il materasso del letto era davvero comodo. Infine la comunicazione con l’host è stata ottima e tempestiva.
Cons: Anche se per noi non è stato problematico segnalo che la casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Il bagno è veramente troppo angusto: non sono certa che una persona in sovrappeso riuscirebbe ad utilizzarlo. Infine suggerisco di inserire nella doccia un vano per appoggiare il sapone e di aggiungere nella casa un appendiabiti.
