Pros: The apartment is really modern, spacious and equipped with anything you might need. It is perfect for a longer stay, the location is great and the view is amazing!

Great views

Pros: Good view, especially the terrace. Having enough bathrooms was helpful for the four of us. Comfortable beds. Clean and presentable. The master bedroom was beautiful. All the bathrooms were at the highest standard. Girls dream mirror. The whole place had everything you needed. The owners were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The space was not ideal for four adults but it would be good for a family with younger children or couples. There was little floor damage in the smaller bedroom that was a trip hazard. It was difficult to get a taxi to the property as they couldn't find the address, even food delivery.

Beautiful place 😍

Pros: Very nice design, you can see the owner pay attention to every detail in decor. There is everything for comfortable living. Feels like it’s home not a rental property. Beautiful view. Easy check in and check out. Helpful owner. Big Supermarket just near by, where you can buy everything. Parking.

Cons: Need some improvement in cleaning.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment that was lovely to come back to after a day exploring.

Pros: Excellent quiet location with a beautiful view across Funchal. Fully equipped, with everything catered for. Very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Lovely and spacious apartment that had everything we needed and more. Showers were lovely and refreshing and there was a handy third toilet. It was relaxing to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine and one evening we had a barbecue on the outdoors built in charcoal grill. The only thing we missed was a sun lounger....but there are plenty of chairs. The extra outdoor space was a bonus.

Cons: We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen. However tupperware is provided and once we secured the food the problem disappeared.

Beautifully decorated apartment with terrace

Pros: Very spacious and clean. 30 min by foot to city centre, so consider renting a car. There is parking place inside the property land but also outside of it. The self check in was easy and the host welcomed us with some local wine and biscuits. We also had some basic ammenities there: spices, olive oil, coffee. There is a washing machine and also drier that came in handy. In addition, the property had food casseroles in which you could pack food if you are about to go on a hike the whole day. Also, our apartment had 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for us. The host was helpful and responsive.

Cons: One of the shower gels was almost empty so I would have appreciated if all of them would have been verified before our arrival. There were some ants on the floor so don’t leave any food outside. One of the bedrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment that we rented had no window and also no bathroom door. Personally it wasn’t a big problem for us but please consider taling this into account especially if you are a group of friends and no couples.

Pros: Very pleasant, comfortable, clean, self-service place. Living room with kitchen allows you to spend time freely. Bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean and comfortable. Impressive view of the city and the ocean, not only from the terrace. Very good contact with the owner.

Cons: A coat rack in the hallway would be useful.

Perfect choice for staying in Madeira

Pros: Beautiful, clean and well-equipped flat with parking possibility. Quick help when we need something. Supermarket is available in few minutes by car.

Cons: A little bit noisy because of the motorway, but that's why we can easily get out from Funchal, so the location is perfect.

Pros: We were travelling as two couples. The apartment was very comfortable. Everyone had their bedroom with a bathroom and additional wc downstairs. The facility offers a very pleasant terrace with a beautiful view, especially in the evening. Very good contact with the host. Dolores even let us stay at the property longer on the day of departure because she had no other guests. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Cons: Everything was just perfect.

Great value for money

Pros: 10/10! The view was amazing. The price. Memory foam pillows. Easy communication with the host. We had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The whole place is very nicely decorated, clean and cosy. We had a car, so it was very easy for us to get around. The location was great, only 5 min down and you are in the city centre. All together, we will definitely recommend this place.
