Spacious, comfortable, clean, gorgeous view from balcony.

Really good!

Pros: It was really nice to get the keys from the landlord that showed us around. We also could hire a car through the landlord. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and the car we rented was at the accommodation when we arrived. Got the car and accommodation the morning we landed. Free parking at the accommodation. If we had a problem the landlord arrived within 10 minutes. Recommend!

Pros: Everything was perfect, and Jose is the best host we could have asked for. The location is great, and the apartment has plenty of room for families. Having free parking in a closed parking lot is also a plus. We were able to check in early, and Jose allowed me to use another apartment for an important meeting after check out, which was truly a life saver. Out visit to Madeira would have been a very different experience if it wasn't for Jose. Thank you, and we will be back. P.S. They also give you free bottles of wine! 😊

Pros: I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The view was beautiful, and the whole atmosphere was calm and peaceful. What really made the stay even better was the host — he was extremely kind and available. He waited for us to arrive and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a warm welcome in Madeira!

Pros: Stay at Inmaculado Apartment was very good. Advantages: - parking space available - good value for money - very spacious - very nice and kind owner - overall very good time staying here - good location (if you have a car) Small disadvantage: - not the cleanest bathroom

Pros: extremely friendly host- he would have provided the moon if you asked, apartment is spacious with the nice view, two bathrooms are amazing for a bigger group, parking is easily accessible

Cons: furniture is a bit old, so there is un unpleasant smell inside them, there is neighbour upstairs that wants you to be extremely quiet after 8pm, so have that in mind- for him talking (not shouting) is not allowed and he bangs at the doors and calls the host, there were some insects inside (ants, cockroach) but there is RAID available so its not such a big deal

Very pleasant stay, great host, good location if you have a rental car.

Pros: Jose is a great host. He goes out of his way to ensure you are taken care of from when you arrive to when you leave. This is an excellent location if you have a rental car. I was pleased that Jose also took care of our rental car, and they dropped it at the apartment. They even returned and provided a booster seat and a cable to connect my phone to the car the same night at no extra charge. When we checked out, we left the car in the apartment, which was the most convenient way to rent a car. He also welcomed us to the apartment with a bottle of delicious red wine. Overall, I will stay here again. We also asked Jose to bring us some extra detergent for laundry, and he kindly provided it.

Cons: It would have been great if there were some spices in the kitchen for cooking. We found salt, but no paper or anything else was in the kitchen. I am sure Jose would have provided that if we had asked.

Good, clean but bad neighbours

Pros: Really clean and nice apartment, plenty of space and amazing scenery

Cons: One particular neighbour loved to moan, we would be sat outside on the balcony around 9-10pm and using our indoor voices no shouting and he'd stick his head out the window and start yelling in Portuguese for us to shut up, so be mindful that the neighbours want you to be really quiet

Pros: Everything was great - location, equipment, cleanliness and also the host 💗

Pros: The location is fine if you have a car. You can park the car inside the property which is really great, the landlord was very nice and helpful. The apparment was clean, simple, but comfortable.

Cons: The only thing we did not like was the mould on the bathroom ceiling.
