Fair price, great experience!
Pros: Location is very good, you can enjoy Funchal without a car, you have everything very close. The apartment was very clean bed sheets and towel smelling very good.
Cons: There were two power plugs not working, one in the kitchen another behind the sofa bed, I forgot to report to the responsible person. For three persons in the apartment you have to keep in mind that the sofa bed is in a shared space with the kitchen, so there is not much privacy, not a complain because I knew it before, but sometimes we don’t think about it.

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros: The apartment had everything we needed and even more (comfortable mattress, hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, tabletop electric stove, kettle). Very good location.
Cons: There was a bit of noise from outside, possibly from an air conditioner or an exhaust fan, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

A small but cozy apartment
Pros: The apartment was small but very nice altogether. The bathroom was clean and already had shampoo and soap. Sonia, the host, came to my rescue when she helped me to unlock the entrance door when I had trouble opening it.
Cons: The apartment I stayed in is right next door to a math Professor who had lectures on afternoons, right after I came back to the apartment after a hike and planned on taking a nap. He would speak quite loudly and there was no way to avoid it. The street in which the apartment is located is a bit quirky. Some homeless and drunk people around.

Pros: The apartment is nice, corresponds to the photos and description. It has everything we need. It is in the center with a lot of supermarkets and cafes around. The host is very polite and responds quickly.
Cons: Opposite is the market, which opens early in the morning, where people deliver goods and talk very loudly. The windows help reduce the noise, but not completely. Unfortunately, they wake us too early. Earplugs for sleeping are necessary

A unfussy, comfortable apartment that couldn’t be more central.
Pros: A very central location, just a few minutes walk to the seafront, the Funchal cable car, while the very popular market (Mercado) is literally just across the road.
Cons: The rather steep stairway would certainly be a difficulty for someone with mobility problems.

A really nice flat in a perfect location. The manager was outstandingly efficient.
Pros: Loved being opposite the wonderful market and near to other interesting areas. Close to buses too. Appreciated having kitchen so that food including fresh fish bought in the market coukd be cooked. Lots of nice cafes nearby. Medical Centre 50m away was excellent and good as I got ill. Washing machine was useful. Air con worked well. Nice to have the patio and area for drying clothes
Cons: Liked it all except the climb up the stairs to the top floor as I had a chest infection whilst there! No overflow for kitchen sink which meant one had to be careful.

Great stay
Pros: The location was perfect, a little noisy because of the market across the street but it didn't bother us. The apartment is small but enough for two people that are not seeking luxury. Highly recommended.

great hub for a week stay for Madeira
Pros: Perfect localization for our purposes: srrict commercial city centre, close to Praca Pova which is central communication hub of Funchal and busses to all directions may be easily catched. Close to the shopping centre where one can easily buy all products necessary for the stay Stony beach in a walkind distance (400m) Good (remote) contact wth Sofia (the host) responding each of my request on WhatsApp Clear information on how to get to the facility, check in and out Quite quiet place despite of the situation in the coty centre (no street noise in the room) comfortable bed well equipped kitchen, sufficiently equipped bathroom with warm water wifi working perfectly
Cons: The room was quite cramped (but the limited space was perfectly utilized) there is only one small round table in the room (but for a time-limited stay we could easily adjust) thw window opened on a narrow space with a tube emitting noise and specific smell of a restaurant was detectable while the window was opened.

Pros: The flat has all the basics we needed Brilliant location, just on front of Mercado do Lavoradores. The person who welcomed us was extremely helpful; she advised us a place for dinner (which we loved!) and also kindly booked another dinner as I was having trouble with online booking. There is a parking just around the corner where you pay 5€/24h
Cons: The is no lift, therefore you need to carry your suitcases while taking several stairs (ok if you want to warm yourself up before going hiking!) If you open the bathroom's/bedroom's window, you feel the cooking smell coming from the restaurant's exhaust downstairs. Cooking items and cutlery were not very clean and we had to wash them before using it There were no coffee pods available.
