Apartamento na Praça by An Island Apart

Great apartment, I had everything I needed 💛

Pros: There was everything I needed at the property. The location was very good - close to the ocean, to the mercado, to the city center, to public transporatoon (to anywhere). I stayed for more weeks and I also worked from the property, which was super practical and efficient for me. Internet is very good and I was not bothered by noise or other stuff. Great place!

Cons: The fact that there were a lot of homeless people in the area and there were a few nights when they were sleeping right in front of the building. I had to wake them up to get inside the building.

Great appartment

Pros: The appartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Ideal location. Lovely restaurants etc. No need for balcony, which we didn't have, because I booked too late. Lol.

We liked this apartment altogether

Pros: We booked the apartment on the first floor, and it has everything, that is needed for a week stay. It has a good location, basically everything was a few minutes' walk away (restuarants, supermarkets, harbor). The kitchen is small but well-equipped, The owner was very helpful, the communication was easy and the response was quick. There was a dedicated parking lot in a nearby parking garage for our rented car.

Cons: Homeless people in front of the building entrance (which is right under the first floor apartment window) in the evening. They were harmless, but sometimes a bit noisy.

Pros: Nice apartment in the downtown. There's literally everything you might need for your comfortable staying.

Pros: The location is perfect, in the city center, everything is close.

Cons: Ants in the room and not enough toilet paper for a week's stay.

Pros: Місцеположення. Близько до набережної, ярмарків, супермаркетів, кафе. Наявність парко місця. Чисто. Затишно. Є все необхідне. З номера видно гарну невеличку площу та гори. Фотографії відповідають дійсності.

Все было чудесно, я действительно советую это жилье

Pros: Расположение было просто замечательным! Окна выходили на мини площадь с летниками от разных кафе. Вначале я переживала, что будет шумно, но потом оказалось, что окна очень хорошего качества и в целом люди не очень шумные. Кроме того это самый центр Фуншала, и до любого места можно дойти максимум за 10 минут

Cons: Бойлер который греет воду в ванной маловат, и по этому теплая вода течет очень медленно, было затруднительно мыться после пляжа

Pros: Localização Apartamento muito bom para famílias Cozinha bem equipada

Cons: A minha reserva era para 2 adultos e uma criança de 15 anos ( não nos foi feita a cama extra ) O chuveiro precisa de ser trocado pois vaza água do tubo

Zeer fijn verblijf!

Pros: Super ligging in het centrum van Funchal! Terras was zeker een meerwaarde zodat we ‘s ochtends in de zon ons eigen ontbijt konden eten. Parkeerplaats in een ondergrondse garage is erg handig!

Cons: Douche is wat verouderd. Wij hadden slechts 1 van de 7 nachten een dakloze voor de deur en die was dan nog eens zeer vriendelijk, dus voor ons zeker niet iets negatiefs!

Appartement très bien situé et propre

Pros: Appartement hyper bien situé, en plein cœur du quartier historique de Funchal. Il est propre, bien équipé et confortable.

Cons: Le seul bémol serait les SDF qui squattent tous les soirs sur les marches de l'immeuble.
