Pros: Great location. Calm environment. Spacious rooms. Parking included.

Cons: While I was provided with all the necessary information, I received it excessively. I also found myself having to repeat the same details. This was rather frustrating as I had other accommodation booked; the influx of emails cluttered my inbox, making it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. But this is rather a note for an owner, otherwise we were happy with the accomodation.

Perfect stay!

Pros: We were a family of 4. All rooms were really spacious and had excellent facilities (dishwasher, washing machine and 2 bathrooms including a bath), lovely view from the balcony and superb location (trips pick up 4mins walk away, supermarket 4 mins walk away and so many fabulous restaurants only a few minutes walk). Great place to relax, to cook, to sleep…we loved it.

Cons: N/A

Excellent stay in Funchal, lovely city with so much to see and do. Really enjoyed our stat.

Pros: Safe, very central, We arrive on a very late night and also delayed however the checkin was, excelent instructions 24h access to the property via access codes. Location excellent, very central close to mercados and main shopping avenue. Having its own parking lot.

Cons: Smell of food in the bedrooms from the restaurant downstairs. But this is just being picky.

Easy access (we arrived to the apartment at 2am) and parking place is available upon the prior reservation. The host available for any question or request.
