Perfect flat in perfect location
Pros: Perfect flat, perfect location.A few minutes the cathedral and the buses to get out of Funchal. but not touristy. It felt like a real place. Locals were using the restaurant below. It was a very good base to explore the Island. The flat was spacious, very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket close by. The area is lively and yet it was very quiet in the flat. There were also blackout curtains so we slept very well. The balcony was nice too. Although we didn't meet the owners, communication was very easy. We would like to stay there again if we come back to Madeira.

Great apartment with parking just 10 min walk from Funchal center
Pros: This apartment is perfect, well equiped (everything in the kitchen looked new, including washing -dryer machine). In less than 10 min walkling you are at the Funchal market, and beginning of central Funchal. The bar below the apartment is great (and cheap) to have wine, beer, poncha,... (and closed before 9pm, so no noise, even if the bedroom is another side of apartment). And the parking was free, just 3 minutes from apartment (in underground). We had a rental Opel Corsa, we could park with no issue (just be a bit careful when going in, but it is OK)

This property is comfortable, roomy, clean and has everything one needs for a very pleasant stay in Funchal
Pros: This was a perfect property to visit all parts of Funchal, the fully equipped clean kitchen as well as a great washing machine made our stay so very easy. The bathroom was a good size and it had a very good shower unit. With plenty of cupboards and storage this apartment was just right for us. I highly recommend this property!
Cons: There is no lift so be prepared to bring your bags up 3 flights of stairs

Wonderful stay - highly recommend
Pros: Great communication with the property owners, clear details about how to check in and get keys from lockbox. Perfect location, close to a big supermarket and very easy to get to the water front and old town. Had all the facilities you would want - great being able to wash clothes during a hiking holiday.

Amazing stay in the heart of the City
Pros: The property was amazing! It looked like a pristine new build. What we loved most about it was its location. Since I don’t drive, staying in the city centre was a great idea. Bus stations, Catamaran rides, day tour pick-up points, eateries, street food, markets, beach and literally everything we needed were all within a 5–10 minute walk.
Cons: The only downside was that basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo weren’t provided. I had expected some to be available. It wasn't a major issue, there were plenty of shops nearby

excellent and amazing
Pros: Very positive experience in Funchal! The apartment is well located, cozy, and perfect as a base to explore the city and the entire island. The support team was always available and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant and comfortable, especially for those like us who chose to stay for 10 days.
Cons: suggestion: for medium to long stays, it would be helpful to add cleaning supplies and equipment. With a few small adjustments, it could become an excellent solution in every way!\

Perfect place to stay in Funchal!
Pros: It was a great place for our vocation in Funchal. Good location, enough space in the apartment where you will find everything you need. We only had problem with the Internet that was fixed by staff later. Definitely recommend to stay, we enjoyed it!

Very comfy, recommended
Pros: Everything was ok- the apartment very clean, with all you need inside - from kitchen to bath& bedroom -, very close to city center, restaurants and close to sea front . A good communication with the host company
Cons: Under the windows from living room, are a public bar, and you can't open the windows in the morning because of cigarette smoke is coming in. But we used the AC .
