Pros: The location was excellent, near restaurants. It was clean and spacious.

Cons: The noise during the day was unpleasant.

Cons: Hoped to watch the Winter Olympics on TV, but gave up as TV too complicated

Pros: This was a beautiful and very comfortable apartment. Spacious and extremely well prepared and clean. Located in a great part of the city. Reasonably quiet except when the windows are open out onto the street but the bedroom is at the back and is quiet.

Cons: Could be noisy in living room when the windows are open Also while the veranda is quiet and secluded it does not have a veranda view

Pros: The studio apartment was in a great location, very well equipped & very comfortable, perfect for a single person or a couple. A great find!

Cons: No microwave provided and it was mentioned there was to be one, there is nose all night from the heating/water system inside the door, it's not too bad but when your used to silence it may bother you, it couldn't be turned off so I didn't get proper sleep for the 5 nights

Pros: The location is excellent. Everything you might want to see or do in Funchal is within walking distance, and the place really lets you feel the atmosphere of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, which I truly appreciated. The studio is very well organised and comfortable. There is plenty of storage space, including two wardrobes, which makes a longer stay much easier. The kitchenette is well equipped for everyday use. There is a coffee machine with coffee provided, a toaster and all the basic kitchen utensils you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. The interior is modern, aesthetically pleasing and feels cosy. The appliances are new and functional, the bed is large and very comfortable, and overall it is a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. Communication with the host and the management company was very smooth and intuitive. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and the entire stay stress-free.

Cons: My studio was facing the street, so at times you could hear people walking by and cars passing, especially during the day or in the evening. This is understandable given the central location, but it might be something to consider if someone is very sensitive to noise. During the first night, I also noticed a subtle background sound in the room, something similar to a quiet electrical or ventilation hum. It wasn’t loud or intrusive, but it did catch my attention at the beginning. I got used to it quickly and it didn’t significantly affect my stay.

Great location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Loved the location, we have stayed a few times in Funchal and this was most central and convenient. Very easy to communicate with hosts and quick response time. Very comfortable room and pretty well stocked kitchenette. Nice and clear instructions for all equipments and things to do. We liked the keyless rooms and doors. Would stay again and thought good value for money. Comfortable bed kitchen and bathroom. We would recommend and would stay again.

Cons: Very minor but after a week we really could have used new towels, more kitchen roll, soap, etc. but this is minor and a small thing to arrange on own. We read reviews about the drying rack so knew to ask- I don’t know how there are enough to go around but the machine is also a dryer anyway. And it would have been nice to have some area to keep luggage for few hours. But all in all no complaints. We had a very nice stay.

Cons: I couldn't work the coffee machine.
