Sweet little studio with lovely views

Pros: Loved location view and sweet little studio with everything you could need The host Clara was a great help and spoke excellent English The balcony was a sun trap from lunch time until late afternoon which was an unexpected bonus 🥰

Cons: Maybe just the smoke coming from the other balconies but that's just us as non smoker's

Top class apartment, and fantastic host I would highly recommend.

Pros: The location was perfect five minutes walk to bus stop and taxi rank . Swimming was fantastic in the facility very close by . Our host was fantastic .we arrived late and our host still met us with a smile and a very warm greeting to give us the keys .

A lovely modern apartment in a great location

Pros: The location was great and the view was wonderful from the balcony. The apartment was really well stocked with kitchen equipment. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. The host was lovely and met me on arrival. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: It was a shame the swimming pool was broken and not usable.

Pros: The place is in a gorgeous location, lovely cozy apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Host is very welcoming and accommodating. Can't recommend enough

The perfect place to stay in Madeira!

Pros: This property is perfect if you are looking for a nice apartment, it has everything you need and everything is in great order. Clean, tidy and all the nice little touches like beach towels, containers, appliances, etc etc. Clara the host is amazing and is on hand to help if needed. Couldn't recommend Clara and the property enough! The best for a weekend away in Madeira - I would not hesitate in recommending the place to anyone!

Cons: Parking can sometimes be tricky but you can generally find one - I think parking is generally pretty tough anywhere though

Pros: Lovely little apartment on the 5th floor, well equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, walk-in shower, little balcony with stunning ocean view. Supermarket, restaurants nearby. Clara, the hostess, a lovely welcoming lady 😊 thanks for having us dear Clara! 😘

Relaxing week in warm sun during winter.

Pros: Very bright and clean apartament offering a splendid ocean view. Freshly renowated, equipped with very comfortable beds, vast garderobes, washing machine and walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen - nothing one would need more in order to prepare a nice dinner. Coffee, tea, sugar and cookies were offered - very nice touch. Next to Lido promenade, plage and bathing place. Forum mall is 5 minuts walk, as well as bus stops. Very calm, only wawes and sunrise will wake you up. Onsite swimming pool and terace gives a possibility to chill out without walking.

Fabulous apartment and great host

Pros: Clara kept in communication with me and we met outside the flat, she explained the barrier for the car park, then showed us round the beautiful studio flat which had everything we needed and the view was amazing, lovely to sit out and watch the sea and sunsets . Clara left us with the codes, keys and car park barrier keycard and we were able to park our hire car safely. We love walking and the bottom path is great and to walk to Funchal old town is a lovely walk. You can get local buses or Bolt taxis too. Piki’s flat has excellent air conditioning and is in a lovely quiet area but with plenty of restaurants nearby
