Pros: A clean and comfortable studio apartment with a sea view — and what a view it is, simply amazing. The location is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep. Sound insulation is also very good. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay: extra bed linen, plenty of towels, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, a toaster, pans and pots, and more. There is a supermarket and a shopping centre within walking distance, as well as two swimming pools nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: During my stay, there was some building work taking place, which made it noisy during the day. However, it was much quieter with the windows closed, and the noise may only be temporary. The swimming pool was undergoing refurbishment and was therefore unavailable at the time. That said, the pool is quite small, and I preferred using the nearby Lido public pool within walking distance. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, so I am unsure how hot it might get during the summer months. It could potentially be uncomfortable at night unless a quiet fan is provided. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks.

Pros: The owner met us at the apartment,gave us a load of information ,on leaving he was there to say goodbye and took us by car to catch the airport bus.... exceptional service

Absolutely wonderful, a great property and amazing host. We had the best time

Pros: Property was wonderful, the view was brilliant and Henrique our host was incredibly patient, accommodating and helpful. Henrique even got back to us after we told him our flight may be cancelled to offer further assistance. We were so happy with our stay and would 100% recommend to anyone else.

Cons: The ONLY thing that was a very minor issue is that the WiFi sometimes didnt work. However this did not affect our trip.

Pros: It was in a great location with amazing views along the coast towards Funchal. Lovely walks along the coast in either direction. It had everything needed for a comfortable holiday.The apartment was beautifully kitted out and decorated nicely and very cleverly Our host Henrique is a really nice man,who is eager to help whenever necessary.He is very polite and a real gentleman.

Cons: Some of the streets are very hilly,but that’s Madeira.
