Imødekommende, hjælpsom kontaktperson Kiara. Super god beliggenhed ved lidoen. Bygning og lejlighed trænger dog til reno

Pros: Kontaktpersonen Kiara er meget venlig og imødekommende og hjælpsom ved opståede problemer. Terrassen er enestående, med udeareal under overdækning og inde under tag. Absolut et meget stort plus. Lejlighedskomplekset ligger utrolig godt ved Lidoen. Gode madrasser i sengen. God rengøring en gang ugentlig.

Cons: Lejligheden kunne trænge til en renovering og opfriskning af inventar bl.a. en ny sofa i stuen. Hele lejlighedskomplekset trænger til renovering udendørs og i kælderetagen, hvilket man er i gang med. Muligvis derfor er man nødt til at sprøjte mod div insekter, bl.a. kakerlakker.

Great quality for good money

Pros: The property was generally great; it has everything for comfortable living for two people. We often cooked and ate at the flat, and the big terrace with a sea view improved the experience. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking, from cutlery to a baking form. We were also pleased to find out that as we stayed over one week, the cleaning service was arranged to change towels and clean the flat during our stay. Although the flat is not located in the centre of Funchal, you won't actually miss it as this area is less crowded and has everything in the 10-15 minutes walk distance: supermarket, mall, cinema, bakeries and restaurants, bars, several beaches and swimming areas, bus stops. We were highly satisfied with the location.

Cons: It is a bit hard to get fresh air in the sleeping area, but thanks to the air conditioner, we managed to circulate the air there. Also beware that finding a parking place is a bit challenging, but in the worst case there is a parking garage nearby that costs 8.50 Euro for an overnight parking.

Pros: Хозяйка восхитительная. Привезла нам кофе и местные угощения на пробу. Квартира отличная.Есть фен, посуда, кондер, гладильная доска, утюг, свой огромный балкон с сушилкой , зонтом и двумя столиками (один под зонтом один под навесом). В очень близкой доступности к морю и пляжу. Очень довольны

Cons: У меня пропали духи. Они не упали , не потерялись, а именно испарились из квартиры.

Pros: オーシャンビューのバルコニー。Funchalの中心地から少し離れているので静かに過ごせます。滞在の最終日に気付いたので利用しなかったですが、プールも利用できるそうです。遅くまで開いているショッピングモールが近くにあり、そこの大きなスーパーマーケットで食材を買って調理していました。

Cons: 掃除が行き届いてないところがありました。

Pros: Хозяйка отличная, в апартаментах есть все, даже нож для устриц. Небольшой минус в шумных соседях.

Pros: Super Ort, perfekt nähe Meer gelegen und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Cons: Einzig fehlt ein Mückengitter
