Fabulous property with pool. Convenient location for restaurants and route into town.

Pros: Its a very spacious, nice and clean apartment with parking spot. Kitchen very good equipped (even with wash machine). You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony. The host was very kind.
Cons: You can hear the upper neighbor, especially when they are going for a sunrise early in the morning and making loud noises with the kitchen chairs on the floor - maybe a rubber on the chair legs can help to reduce the noise. And we did have a broken smoke alarm detector in the hall which went on in 01:30 in the morning.

Highly recommend this lovely spacious apartment
Pros: Lovely sea view. It was really spacious and relaxing after sight seeing. The pool and outdoor area was great too and was never too busy. We had a late flight and were allowed to check out later without any additional charge, this was much appreciated as we would have had to drag our suitcases around all day. The beds were very comfortable and slept really well. Returning home feeling very rested.

spacious with everything we need. Great attention to details!
Pros: Great and spacious apartment. The pool is nice as well. Very kind welcome basket with tea, coffee, wine and some snacks. Easy self check in. All you need for first day/night such as toilet paper, soup for dishes and washing machine. Very convenient!
Cons: The bathrooms are small especially the shower. The parking gate was acting up. Maybe the remove needs new batteries?

Lovely appartment - great location - great hosts
Pros: Lovely big property - would highly recommend staying here. Nice big kitchen and had everything in it to use. Outdoor area was lovely and clean and we were lucky there wasn’t anyone else staying so had the place to ourselves!! Lounge area was lovely also! Great place

Pros: Really nice and clean appartment. Like shown in pictures. Pretty garden. The location is good, close to a few nice resturants, bakery, little supermarkets and a mall. Also not to far from the center.
Cons: The beds were too hard for our taste.

Perfect holiday Apartmemt
Pros: The apartmemt was a lot bigger than we expected. The rooms were spacious with an ensuite to the master bedroom and a good-sized family bathroom. Loved the views of the sea from the balcony. The pool and outside lounge area are well designed with a beautiful garden area, great to sit and relax in the sun. We had a BBQ on our last evening, the outside kitchen area is great, and we found a local supermarket,'Dolce Pringo', on the road below just a few minutes' walk away. David was always quick to respond to our messages and recommended some local restaurants when asked. We absolutely loved the apartmemt, it's ideal for 3 couples or a family,plenty of room for everyone.
Cons: I would only recommend updating the glassware. The apartmemt can sleep up to 6, but there were only 4 wine glasses. Also, suggest prosecco glasses. A map of the island and some recommendations of traditional restaurants would be useful for guests. Check-in time, ideally, should be 3pm.

Pros: The location was very good, in handy reach from the center of town, but shorter distance to good restaurants and swimmingpools at the beach. The weather was very good 22+°C and it rained only half day.
Cons: Nothing at all. We were never disapointed with food at the restaurants. But one thing, even though city of Funchal is not very busy the cars were driving very fast and you have to be very careful crossing streets, but they always stopped at zebra crossing

Pros: Ideal location out of centre of Funchal. Close to restaurants (we always had great food at PVP Pão, Vinho e Petiscos), coffee shops, supermarket - it was very convenient to get our breakfasts and dinners just a few steps away from the apartment. We picked up breakfast pastries fresh every morning from Boutique de Lido - a bakery only 3 min away, one street down from ours. We enjoyed it on the apartment's terrace with a sea view. A supermarket is also close by, for any supplies and groceries. Lots of space, that we thought we wouldn't need. In the end, we were glad to use a spare room for our baby's naps. The recommended car rental worked well too. There was a construction ongoing on the neighboring house, but it wasn't disturbing to us. We would be happy to stay again when we return to Madeira.
