Great apartment with amazing views, with a bit of investment could easily score 10.

Pros: Great location with amazing views out to sea, bus stop outside for local, airport and open top services (also pick up point for excursions). 15 minute walk to beach and beautiful coastal walks in both directions. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walking distance. Helpful host who was easy to contact by phone.

Cons: Low water pressure affected taps and shower. Free standing air con unit was not very powerful. Balcony wood block floor starting to deteriorate.

Pros: Great apartament with the amazing view. Parking spot is avalable. Great location near by ocean coast.

Pros: From the very first moment of booking we had excellent contact with the owner. Rodrigo sent us detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and do the self check in. We were impressed by the view from the balcony. During our stay, we had completely everything and even more for comfort living. The building is situated 1 min walk from supermarket and bus stop. It was a perfect match. We will definitely come back here. All the best for the owner!

Pros: Locations was very good. Instructions clear. Place was clean. WIFI worked good.

Cons: It didn't have AC, but wasn't necessary for Sao Martinho in late Jan/early Feb.

Pros: Beautiful views of the ocean . Close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, beach, sea wall walk all the way to Camara de Lobos. The bus stop is right out front ,including the airport bus .Rodrigo is always available and ready to help with any of your needs.

Cons: Petite perte de temps au niveau du ticket de parking. Il faut aller le chercher et l'attente est facilement d'une heure. Rechargement un peu lent au niveau du ballon d'eau chaude.

Pros: La camera ha una vista bellissima e la piscina, anche se il mare è vicinissimo, aggiunge sicuramente valore alla struttura. Di fronte al palazzo, inoltre, il supermercato e la fermata dell'autobus sono davvero comodi!

Great Apartment with Stunning Views and Convenient Location

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment — the views are truly amazing, and the location is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, a supermarket just 2 minutes away, and it’s only £5–£9 by Uber to the centre. The parking permit was included, and we had no issues finding a space. The swimming pool was a great bonus, and overall, it served as a perfect base to explore the island. That said, this isn’t a luxury apartment, and in my opinion, it’s priced appropriately for what it offers.

Cons: There were a few signs of wear and tear in both the apartment and the building, and the water pressure was occasionally low, though it didn’t affect our stay.
