Excellent stay – highly recommended!
Pros: The apartment was perfectly equipped with great attention to detail (including shower gel, shampoo, and well-stocked kitchen essentials such as olive oil, salt, sugar, and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher). Everything was spotlessly clean and had a lovely fresh scent. The view is absolutely incredible, and the space is very comfortable. Secure parking is included, which was a great plus. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and always available when needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
Cons: The building is somewhat old, but this did not significantly affect the overall comfort of the stay.

Pros: Amazing views and cozy apartment with needed equipment. Walking distance to the beach, Túnel das Poças do Gomes (small cave) and other really nice bathing facilities along the shore. There is a bus stop just outside the property, so you can easily get from here around the city without a car. Mike, the manager of the property, was super nice and friendly. Thanks for a really great stay!

Great Stay with Excellent Host
Pros: The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had a great view. Mike, the host, was one of the best we have ever met – very responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay as smooth as possible. Communication was quick and friendly, and he went out of his way to solve every issue we had.
Cons: The building itself is quite old, and the corridors and lift look a bit tired, which might surprise you when you arrive. We also had some trouble with the parking gate system, but thanks to Mike it was resolved quickly. There were a few small details in the apartment that could be improved, but I mentioned them to the host and I’m sure they will fix everything soon. Despite these little inconveniences, we would gladly stay here again because the service and care from the host made a huge difference.

Pros: Excellent apartments! Convenient location of the house, all shops, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Quite close to the ocean. I liked the view from the window the most! The apartment is on the top floor and the view is really impressive! It is beautiful! I recommend it!\

Pros: Безумно красивый вид и закат ! Удобная развязка , частная свободная парковка.
Cons: Это может случится крайне редко , когда сильный ветер и шторм , то свист сквозь щели окон. Но это можно исправить если воткнуть полотенце в щель.

Pros: Apartament ulokowany jest na ostatniej kondygnacji z dużą ekspozycją na ocean. Super lokalizacja, plaża tuż obok, sklepy, restauracje. Nowoczesna, wciąż rozwijająca się okolica. Bardzo dobry dla 4 osobowej rodziny.

Optisch schöne Wohnug mit Ausblick, jedoch in uraltem Gebäude
Pros: Tolle Lage. Wohnung im 11. Stock mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Persönlicher Empfang durch Mike hat super geklappt. TV mit Netflix vorhanden. Küche war gut ausgestattet (obwohl wir nicht gekocht hatten). Supermarkt Continente gleich gegenüber. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, es war zu kalt.
Cons: Das Gebäude ist zwar von aussen saniert, ebenso wie die Wohnung selbst, jedoch bleibt das Gebäude sehr alt. Im Fahrstuhl hat man ständig Angst stecken zu bleiben. Der Wind pfiff durch die Fenster. Es gibt ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung. Immer wieder kurzzeitig kein Wasser. Dieser Zustand wurde uns verschwiegen und man sei daran es zu beheben. Jedoch ist das Wohl ein grösseres Problem, welches so schnell nicht behoben werden kann. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein abgetrennter Bereicht vom Wohnzimmer und man schläft dort quasi auf dem Boden auf einer dünnen Mattatze ohne Lattenrost. Wir habe für die Wohnung in diesem alten Haus (zu) viel bezahlt, was aber sicher auch daran lag, dass Silvester war und überall hohe Preise herrschten. Für zwei Tage war es für uns ok.

amazing view, good location, great host, needs AC
Pros: the view is spectaculor. the location was quite convenient, a reasonable number of places within walking distance. the host provided a free bottle of wine and free espresso cups for coffee maker.
Cons: I already told the host that the vast majority of travelers expect air conditioning. we were lucky it was already fall so the temp with fans was fine, but could be pretty hot in the summer. also, the 2nd bed is just a thin mattress on the floor. not comfortable for most people. parking can be very crowded and tight.

Balcón al mar
Pros: Su ubicación y muy luminoso. El balcón frente al mar es inigualable.
Cons: Nos faltó una pequeña mesa de comer, hay una barra en la cocina pero es un poco alta para nosotros.
