Monumental Plaza by Petit Hotels

Pros: Nice appartment with well equipted kitchen (it had oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge with small freezer). Small but nice touch, that it had paper towels and a kitchen towel too, which I usually lack in other stays having a kitchen. Really appreciated it:) Suits for two people with the view to the the ocean and two balconies. It has free wifi too. Close to a bus stop (both for Aerobus and public transport to the city center). Promeda can be reached in less than 5 min, on the way is a bigger supermarket Pingo Dolce (Hyper) with a fresh bread section. Reception reached out upfront to agree on arrival time and let me in 2 h before regular check-in time. Also agreed to make verification of appartment earlier for the refund of deposit (which was 50 eur) to meet my earlier check-out need. Comunication was always polite.

Cons: Frying pan could be renewed, looks really worn out and I was not sure if it's even healthy to use it anymore. Balcony is not only to the ocean but to the streat too, so it can a be a bit noisy during the day while keeping the balcony doors open. But with closed windows (it has air conditioning if needed, which I haven't used) it's super quiet at night. So for me it wasn't a problem.

Perfect home away from home

Pros: I stayed in the studio and it was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had a terrace. Good WiFi as well as I worked remotely. Staff were friendly and kind. Bus station, supermarkets, shops restaurants nearby overall really good experience.

Cons: Everything was great 👍🏻

Pros: Convenient location, lots of amenities around and just a short bus/taxi ride away from the main city centre. Apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. A very good option for anywone who prefers to have a kitchenette and sofa rather than simply a bed in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only one access card was given to us, which is not an issue when travelling together but on some days we had different commitments and it would have been more convenient for both of us to have a card to access the building/apartment. The bathroom sink drain was not draining quickly, while a foul smell came from the kitchen sink. Looks like the drains need to be cleaned and unblocked. Parking was extremely tight - we preferred to use paid parking in the street when available (it usually was), but it was good to have the option on those occasions we could not find parking on the street.

Pros: The sound proof walls and windows, the ocean view rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff

Pros: Spotlessly clean and modern . Bus stop right opposite and choice of restaurants within a stroll

Beautiful Maderia

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location. Bus to the airport and hop on hop off bus directly across the road. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Dalia was so helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem for her, she was so pleasant to deal with.

Cons: I would have preferred an apartment on a higher floor. We were on the first floor, and it had little privacy,unless curtains were closed as you could see directly in from the street.

Great loacation, clean and comfortable

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Our room was at the first floor and the only issue is that there are no privacy curtains for during the day.

Unbeatable value for what you get.

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Great location in the heart of loads of cafes and restaurants.
