Clean, quiet and excellent location.

Pros: Well equipped apartment on 1st floor with nice balcony overlooking the sea.

Cons: Building works to rear which started at 8.00am, 6 days. (Only heard from bedroom which is at rear. Didn't unduly bother us.)

A beautiful vacation, the island is spectacular

Pros: The view, the settlement in a good area of Funchal. The kitchen was equipped, you had absolutely everything you needed.

Cons: The smell from the sewage that came from the bathroom, the old furniture, in the closet in the bedroom it is impossible to put a coat on because it smells horrible and it is full of some old beds

Stunning !

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! If I have to find something negative I would say : a little noisy (sometimes we could hear the neighbors) and the oven gave some problems (we had to turn it back on several times).
