Baía I by An Island Apart

Excellent property. You will not be sorry you booked this!

Pros: This apartment is absolutely fantastic. Firstly, the view straight out to the ocean, is simply amazing. It’s a large apartment, all bedrooms are a great size with storage in each one. The modern kitchen is a breeze to use. This apartment is one of a kind and one that I will be booking for my next visit to Madeira. You cannot go wrong here!

Cons: Unfortunately through no fault of the host, there was construction happening on a block adjacent to the building which did cause day noise. Parking was a tight squeeze in the basement. You need to ensure you get your angles right. It didn’t help that two cars continually parked in a no parking area of the basement which dramatically reduced the turning space making it even harder. Obviously this is no fault of the host.

Pros: The location: nearby the see, plenty restaurants around, on the monumental avenue. The sea view: except from the bedrooms, you have sea views from everywhere : kitchen, lounge, balcony, terrasse, \

Cons: A little mess up at the arrival. Our guest didn't give the access key to swimming pool. It arrived more than 24 hours later. Even if the flat has been well refurbished, the building is an old one. We couln't make the coffee machine working and some kitchen articles are missing: only 2 wine glasses.

Pros: The space was great for 5 adults, situated in Lido there was plenty of opportunity to eat and drink in the area or use the self-catering facilities in the apartment. The hot tub was an added bonus especially at sunset. Great location for all guided tours and walking distance to Funchal Harbour.

Cons: The keylock was a little difficult to use and some electronic gadgets needed maintenance, but overall it didn't spoil our holiday. There needs to be more cooking utensils for self-catering purposes.

Amazing accommodation with stellar views

Pros: Very clean, amazing views and facilities, ample space and close to everything. Fantastic overall!

Cons: Could have some more cooking utensils to make cooking at home a little more possible!

Velký prostorný, moderně zařízený apartmán s velkou terasou a nádherným výhledem na oceán.

Pros: Lokalita vynikající, mnoho restaurací v okolí, autobusová zastávka 300 metrů, pláž 10 minut chůze.

Cons: Elektronické stahování žaluzií v jedné ložnici nefungovalo. Zapáchající odtok vody v jedné ze dvou koupelen.

Pros: Läget var utmärkt, nära till det mesta. Incheckningen gick enkelt. Fin lägenhet utrustad med allt man behövde. Utsikten var fantastisk. Utcheckningen smidig.

Cons: Tyvärr var poolen avstängd för renovering. Bubbelpoolen väsnades ganska mycket när den var igång. Sängarna var hårda.

Great stay

Pros: Amazingly beautiful and clean property with a wonderful view

Pros: Top Lage !!! Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit Spdausrichtung und herrlicher Terrasse mit Meerblick

Gute Lage, sehr komfortabel und trotz später Reklamation verfügbare und hervorkommende Arbeiter.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage mit schönem Meerblick und nicht weit vom Zentrum Funchal. Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants gab es alles in der Nähe.

Cons: Die Unterkunft war nicht gut sauber. Boden war relativ dreckig. Die Bettwäsche und die Decken hatten Flecken und waren nicht frisch. Allerdings wurde die Bettwäsche noch am selben Abend der Reklamation durch neue frische Wäsche umgetauscht.

Un paradis à Madère

Pros: La vue est incroyable et l'appartement ultra fonctionnel. L'équipe est présente si besoin du début à la fin. Merci beaucoup à Hugo

Cons: Difficulté à faire fonctionner les boutons pour utiliser le jacuzzi mais équipe reactive.
