Very good.

Pros: Amazing location, a few minute walk from shops, cafes and a park. We didn’t hire a car and all of tours we booked were able to pick us up easily from the location very easily. Quiet at night, clean, comfy beds, shower, cooking facilities. Very impressed

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean. We appreciated the accesories like hairdryer, coffee machine, lunch boxes. We would appreciate blackout curtains also in the living room and warmer blankets. The corridor of the house was stinking.

Pros: The acommodation is in the city center. Bus stops, bakery, Plaza of Madeira, supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away. The place was clean and they had everything what we needed. You can cook, wash your clothes if you would like. They have a hairdryer, iron. So it is well equipped. You Don't have to make personal contact if you Don't want to. We just received a code to the main entrance as well as to the key box. So we would like to say thank you. 🤗 Madeira is an absolutely amazing and beautiful island, everyone should see it at least once in a life.

Pros: Super close to Funchal center, short walk to bus stops and next to plaza madeira shopping centre. Good kitchen equipment.

Cons: White bedding had brown spots on it and black hairs when we arrived. Kitchen sponge smell like someone cleaned dirty toilet with it.

A lovely apartment. Perfect location

Pros: I loved the location, so easy to get where you need to go.The layout of the apartment was great. The lift was a bonus, as we were on the fourth floor. In general it was clean and tidy. The fridge freezer was so clean. So was the sheets and towels. I am happy to stay again. I have stayed in this apartment block twice now. It just needs freshening up. Good value for money. Perfect apartment, as we were out and about all day.

Cons: Sometimes it was hard to get into the apartment, the door would not open. The apartment was clean apart from the floor. It seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time. Dirt under the bed. If you walked around in your bare feet, they became very dirty. Some of the cutlery was broken. Some of the cups were cracked or chip. Not enough glasses. Could do with a few more toilet rolls and black bags . A few stains on sofa arms. The chairs around the table could do with replacing due to wear and tear . Just general things really.

Nice and comfortable place in the center, The only issue is the noise from the street,I would definitely rent it again.

Pros: It's a very nice apartment, it has everything that is needed. The bed is comfortable. The location is also very central. The owner is fast to respond. I would definitely rent it again!
