A lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location in the heart of Fuchal town and above the main shopping centre which has a huge supermarket where you can get everything that you need for self catering. It is very quiet as it looks out on a side street and there are good views up to the fort from the balcony. Getting in to the apartment was easy as we were sent a short video showing us what to do. The apartment building is kept very clean and there are lifts. The apartment itself was excellent with a well-equipped kitchen, large lounge with comfortable sofa and a large dining table, a very comfortable bedroom with loads of wardrobe space and a great bathroom with large walk-in shower. There was also a balcony, as mentioned earlier. We had a problem with the toilet seat which seemed to be broken when we arrived, but there was someone out to fix it within an hour of reporting it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: I do think that 2 rolls of toilet paper for two people for a week is very mean. It would have only cost pence to provide more. The same goes for dishwasher tablets. If there is a dishwasher it seems only sensible to provide the tablets. I asked about this and they quickly brought me a handful of tablets but said that they didn't normally supply them. Previous occupants had obviously made do with washing up by hand, as I could see from the state of the wine glasses. Both these items cost very little, but make a big difference. This apartment wasn't cheap, so please don't be so mean in future.

Pros: I am very satisfied with my stay at this apartment. The location is ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and the oceanfront, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The photos on the website accurately reflect the apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. The private parking was very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira!

Pros: Perfect staff - all the time ready through Whatsapp to help. They sent us videos how to find place with box to pick up keys and after also how to find accommodation, parking place etc. Good location - near centrum but calm place. Near all needs - supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodation - clean, cozy and fully equipped flat with private parking in the garage.

Cons: Bedroom - not too comfortable mattress with pillows and wardrobe had broken doors (open and close it made little bit problem).

Pros: Kind hosts. Very clean. Very clear instructions for how to pick up keys/park.

Pros: Trust me! This apartment has everything what you need. Everything is brand new and working perfectly. It’s located in the heart of Funchal and everywhere is very close. You have also private parking space. Staff was always responding very quickly and was very helpful. If I will be in Funchal again I will choose the same apartment 🩷😍

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja. Pełne wyposażenie mieszkania. Prywatny parking w garażu podziemnym.

Muy buena ubicación y Parking

Pros: La ubicación del apartamento y el parking que era muy cómodo.

Cons: Nada, estaba todo correcto. Solamente vimos que había alguna luz fundida, en un distribuidor y la luz de la campana extractora, pero sin mayor importancia. Lo comunicamos eso sí para que estuvieran al corriente.

Fantástico

Pros: La situación del apartamento es fantástica. Estás en la mejor zona para disfrutar del centro histórico y la marina. Hay todo tipo de servicios nada más salir del portal. La cama es cómoda, el baño amplio.

Cons: El único pero, por poner algo sería poner un enchufe más en la mesilla, al no haber más de uno si cargaba el móvil no podía enchufar la lamparita.
