Plaza Apartamento

Pros: +localization, in the city center, but not in the very center of the Old Town (close to it) +perfect balcony, with significant night view, from the 5th floor +private parking spot in the underground garqage, just next to the lift +shoping center on the ground, (I was afraid of this, but it turns out pros not con) +Inside, everything you need for couple (max 3pers.) +easy access by car and on foot to the property, when you know where to go. First time it was a chalenge. +sum it up, the best choise I could have made, definatelly I would choose it again

Cons: -minor things, bathtube instead shower tray, (for someone it could be plus) -noise from the street, even though its 5 flor (the street is stone paved) -I'm not sure if AC workes, I couldnt see ramote control, During our stay it wasnt necesarry, but maybe there are times when it is convenient, I dont know

Pros: Really nice place! Has all the equipment necessary, altough I haven't even used most of them. Bed is quite comfortable. Communicative and responsive owner. Private parking is handy. Location in the shopping plaza building is useful. Would book again, thank you!

Cons: The only flaw I can think of is poor sound isolation from outside. In the night, you can hear cars and people on the street below as if they were right next to you, so definitely have some earplugs to help your sleep (I always have them). Not an owner's fault as this is more a construction feature, just be aware of this.

Super Lage, hübsches und geräumiges Apartment

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und der Balkon ist grossartig. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war Gold wert. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet.

Cons: Die Wohnung hätte mehr Verbrauchsmaterial zur Verfügung stellen können. Handseife und WC-Papier waren für 10 Tagen knapp bemessen, Abfallsack gab es gar keinen. Ein zweites Paar Handtücher wäre auch drin gewesen, wenn im ganzen Zeitraum keine Reinigung stattfindet. Leider gab es keinen Ventilator und die Nachbarschaft war sehr laut um mit offenem Fenster schlafen zu können.

Pros: Situation... quelques minutes du bord de mer et lieu de intérêt. Parking en sous sol du bâtiment et centre commercial egalement. Très pratique on pourrait faire les cours et les monter directement à l appart dans l ascenseur.

Cons: Peu de linge...2 grandes serviettes et 2 petites pour 1 semaine....1 torchon pour vaisselle pendant 15 jours.

Pros: La localisation est vraiment super, en plus il y a un parking sous terrain pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Le contact a été très facile rapide et l’hôte est vraiment gentil et arrangeant. La résidence paraît neuve ainsi que l’appartement. Tous les équipements sont top.
