Very pleasant stay!
Pros: We stayed in this apartment for 14 nights in October and were very happy with our choice. Very helpful and lovely host Iri, who did everything to make our stay even more enjoyable. She was really beautifull. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balconies was absolutely spectacular - we could spend hours just enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and mountains, especially the amazing sunsets, if we didn't have to go on trips around Madeira. Clean and tidy surroundings with a nice pool, overlooking the ocean. Private parking. The location is very good - next to the bus stop to Funchal, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need is just a short walk away. And perfect car rental office across the street with very helpful and kind staff. What more could we want? We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to visit, looking forward to staying again.
Pros: The view from the property was exceptional, with two balcony’s to enjoy it from. The complex was generally very peaceful, with very few people around the pool. The apartment was very spacious, clean, well equipped and our host was amazing, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.

Perfect holiday home with the best view, spotless!
Pros: The apartment was very spacious with great ventilation, very clean and with a huge bathroom and a big room with a very comfortable bed with clean sheets and linens, very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant cooking. The place had 2 terraces with an amazing ocean view that we enjoyed very much with sunsets with a bottle of wine or some beer, calm and peaceful breakfasts or to just rest after a hike to the mountains. The place had direct access to the beach way ( about 5 min walk from the the facilities). The apartment came with enough towels ( bathroom and pool) to use them as we needed. Irina was an amazing host, all information was passed on to us with great detail, she even recommended and gave us info on the island sites and practical information always going the extra mile. She made our trip even more memorable. We stayed 6 days but we could have stayed longer, felt right at home and was a wonderful stay

Absolut empfehlenswertes Appartement mit Pool aber ohne Whirlpool
Pros: Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und bemüht. Am Ende gab es sogar ein tolles Abschiedsgeschenk. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet, und obwohl die Sonne im Winter erst ab 16 Uhr rumkommt sehr hell. Die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber, wenn auch nicht mehr ganz neu. Man hat sich jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd etc.) haben funktioniert. Bis auf eine fehlende Klobürste, Putzutensilien und eine Wolldecke war alles vorhanden. Und die Vermieterin hätte es auch gebracht, wenn man danach gefragt hätte. Wir haben die Sachen am ersten Tag im gegenüberliegenden Supermarkt selbst gekauft. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist super, da man draussen nicht immer einen Parkplatz fand.
Cons: Der Whirlpool ist schon seid längerem defekt und wird augenscheinlich auch nicht mehr repariert. Wir hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut, da wir nach den Wanderungen uns gerne im warmen Wasser aufwärmen. Dies entspricht daher nicht den aktuellen Fotos und sollte daher nicht beworben werden. Ferner bräuchte das Badezimmer ein kleines Update. Der Duschkopf ist völlig verkalkt bzw. verschimmelt, eine Reinigung war nicht möglich. In der Badewanne gibt es deutliche Risse, das Wasser versickert beim Baden. Der Klodeckel passt nicht zur Toilette, da zu klein. Das sind insgesamt nur Kleinigkeiten, machen das Erlebnis daher nicht perfekt. Aber insgesamt ist das Appartement wirklich zu empfehlen und wenn der Whirlpool funktionieren würde, kämen wir auch gerne wieder.

Geweldig verblijf!
Pros: Het was werkelijk een pareltje om hier te mogen verblijven. De geweldige zonsondergang vanaf je balkon en het wegdromen in het zwembad, uitkijkend over de zee. Ook de host is ontzettend aardig en lief. We konden ook zelf inchecken, wat wij heel handig vonden als je veel gaat hiken. Verder is in het verblijf alles aanwezig, van vaatwasser tot een wasmachine en alles is goed onderhouden. Als wij nog eens terugkomen, kiezen wij zeker voor dit verblijf!

Heerlijke locatie, super licht appartement met eigen parkeerplaats. Echt top
Pros: Fantastische locatie, ruim groot en vooral heerlijk licht appartement. Parkeergarage voor je huurauto met eigen plaats echt top. In de avond genieten van de zonsondergang echt een aanrader... super vriendelijke eigenaresse die je snel helpt met al je vragen.
Cons: Eigenlijk heel weinig, douchegordijn in de badkamer is niet op zijn plaats als ik dan al een minpuntje moet geven.

Unglaublich toller Aufenthalt! Besser geht's nicht!!
Pros: Es war ein unglaublicher Aufenthalt! Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen, die Ausstattung war toll, sehr bequeme Betten und Couch, alles sehr sauber, ausreichend Geschirr um selbst zu kochen. Waschmaschine vorhanden, ebenso Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln dafür. Der Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen, die Sonnenuntergänge, der Infinity Pool,... Die Vermieterin selbst war so hilfsbereit, freundlich und liebenswert, das lässt sich kaum in Worte fassen! Sie hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und uns mit vielen Tipps für unseren Urlaub versorgt (Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc) Alles in allem kann ich dieses Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und wenn ich könnte würde ich deutlich mehr Sterne geben als möglich!!
Cons: Alles war großartig, es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln
