Sea Balcony

Pros: There were some initial issues with the key handover, but they were resolved quickly and without major inconvenience. On the positive side, the property is beautiful and located in a very nice area. The owner was always reachable, responsive, and flexible, which we really appreciated.

Cons: One downside is that the apartment is not very well soundproofed. Noise carries easily, and we could hear almost everything, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax at times.

Pros: Nice, quiet ground floor apartment. Good views and parking included. Easy self-check in. Good communication with the owner

Cons: The bed was small and uncomfortable. Air conditioner (heating) would have been appreciated.

Pros: I love the place because it’s just in miradouro with beautiful view.

Cons: The bed is too small . Other than that everything is good!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with great views. It was pretty clean and the owner had several details with us (our flight was delayed and he helped us a lot to carry out the check in). Even It doesn't appear in description we also had a garage to park our car. Thanks a lot to Leandro, he made everything easier

Pros: Maravilloso. Muy limpio y amplio. El hombre del apartamento encantador, nos trajo más toallas y sábanas sin ningún problema.

Na krótki pobyt całkiem ok, chyba że nie lubisz trzymać swoich rzeczy w walizce. Rozsądna cena

Pros: Lokalizacja (z małymi dziećmi być może trochę za daleko pieszo nad ocean), widok z posesji

Pros: L’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte et rapidité de nous répondre. La grandeur de l’appartement, les accessoires de cuisine variés et le balcon qui donne vue sur la mer!

Cons: Les draps et oreillers étaient confortables mais le matelas pourrait être amélioré.

Pros: Bonnes explications et communication de Leandro. Grand appart bien équipé avec garage Lit confortable.

Cons: Pb chauffeau d'eau. 1 peu mal isolé, on entend les bruits du couloir

Pros: Emplacement magnifique, à proximité dun point de vue de renommée, envahi par les bus de touristes. Muni d'une terrasse tout le long des baies vitrées, de quoi passer un agréable moment en soirée à contempler la mer et le flot de visiteurs se deversant sur pour observer le panorama sur Funchal. Le petit appartement comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre confortablement, même à quatre.
