Pros: We had wonderful time in this beautiful apartman, we had everything what we needed : separeted rooms and bathrooms for everybody, dishwasher machine, washing mashine, backyard with a dryer and with beautiful plans and flowers😊. The owner was very kind and sent every information to us on WhatsApp ( so install whatsapp ;) ).... codes, videos about the apartman, garage....when we had to contact with him,we could reach him immediatelly. Thanks for everyting :) !

Pros: Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, einige Türschaniere waren jedoch schwergängig bzw. nicht in Ordnung. Bis auf die Coach und die Sessel waren die restlichen Möbel bzw. Einrichtungen Top. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ließen den Abend immer gemütlich ausklingen.

Pros: L'appartement avait tous les équipements possibles (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, etc.), les trois salles de bain étaient très pratiques et la terrasse vraiment chouette pour pouvoir manger dehors. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans la cuisine : sucre, sel, café, etc. et assez de vaisselle. Le contact avec l'agence était bon. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Cons: Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi il fallait payer 10€ de check-in tardif (arrivée à 00:30) alors que les clés se trouvaient dans un boitier. L'autre petit inconvénient est que le sommier d'un des lits ne tenait pas correctement dans la chambre du milieu.

Pros: Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nawet można powiedzieć wyjątkowo dobrze. Wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Piękny widok i super taras. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Personel na medal i to złoty. Odpowiadają szybko i reagują błyskawicznie nawet w niedzielę. Czysto. Mieszkanie duże i wygodne. Dla naszej grupy żadnych wad, same zalety.

Appartement à sao marthino près de funchal

Pros: Appartement spacieux avec 3 chambres et 3 salle de bains. L'appartement est tout équipé. 2 terrasses dont une avec vue sur mer. Plutôt une bonne location

Cons: Un matelas mou qui serait à remplacer. Il conviendrait de prévoir des alèses sur les lits.

Świetna baza wypadowa na Maderze z bliskim dostępem centrum miasta!

Pros: Mieszkanie nowe, świetnie wyposażone, z dwoma dużymi tarasami, jeden od ogrodu, drugi od oceanu. Mieszkanie w cichym, nowym apartamencie z 3 dużymi pokojami. Świetne jako baza wypadowa na Maderze! Świetnie, że właściciele zwracają dużą uwagę na recykling i odpowiednią segregację odpadów.

Cons: Niekiedy sąsiedzi byli niezadowoleni z faktu posiadania w budynku mieszkania na najem krótkoterminowy. Mieszkanie znajduje się ok. 3 km od centrum miasta, dlatego bywa problematyczne, by sprawnie wrócić z imprezy na pieszo.
