Pros: The apartment is huge and we loved every corner of it. Al the details were very well thought through. The location is great and pool area also. Good parking option under the building, which made the driving around the island very comfortable. There are lots of good restaurants and shops very close by + the beach is very near. We also enjoyed a lot walking to downtown.

Good local for people with car - parking space included.

Pros: Clean, spacious lovely view at the ocean (and construction)

Cons: The construction work just outside, noise from the neighbours at night

Pros: Very good apartment in good price. Size and decorations of the apartments, price, cleanliness. V

Cons: There is a very poor soundproofing in building, because nevertheless our quiet behaviour we got a note from neighbour that we should be quiet after 10pm. Pool is quite cold and hard to use, tennis court is not ready to use.

Wonderful Sea views

Pros: Beautiful spacious and well equipped apartment in a convenient area for shops & restaurants. It also has a parking space in the garage. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were promptly sorted by the management company MHM, who were very proactive. 👏👍

Cons: When we booked, we were aware of the long-term building project opposite the apartment. In spite of this, we still enjoyed the apartment. It has a large balcony, which we could not enjoy because the two seats were of poor quality and not comfortable 😢

Pros: Location, the view. Comfortable house, with everything you need for a good experience in the island.

Cons: The noise, during weekdays, we reported two small issues, but no one bothered to resolve. I wonder if the management team could not deal with small snags. How would they cope with bigger issues? Overall positive experience.

Pros: Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Podobało mi się to, że dostępne są kapsułki do prania oraz tabletki do zmywarki, ponieważ przydały się w trakcie pobytu. Na plus również zapewnienie dodatkowej pary ręczników kąpielowych poza tymi standardowymi.

Cons: Budowa obok, ale jak się jest w trybie zwiedzania to nie przeszkadza, gdyż kończą o 19 :)

Nous avons adoré Madère, tellement paisible.

Pros: Nous avons aimé la vue, le calme de la résidence. Le parking est un plus.

Cons: Rien à dire.

Agradável e relaxante.

Pros: Apartamento amplo e com boas condições. Bem localizado.

Cons: Havia baratas no apartamento. Nao entregaram uma segunda chave para abrir a porta debaixo. Não havia instruções para a colocaçao do lixo doméstico. O barulho altamente desagradável do ar condicionado nas casas de banho, que prejudicava o sono e a tranquilidade. O livro da empresa gestora està desatualizado, nomeadamente quanto há internet. Não havia edredons a mais para usar. Fomos no inverno era preciso mais do que um finnho que havia disponível.

Pros: Lokacija puiki, namai labai gražūs, erdvūs, tikrai švariai sutvarkyti.

Cons: Naktimis virtuvėje būdavo tarakonų. Nenoriu nuvertinti namų, nes nežinau tai būdinga šiltiems kraštams ar tik šiems apartamentams.
