Katerina´s Place - Funchal

We had a wonderful stay at Katerina’s place. Everything was fantastic

Pros: The location was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable

Cons: It was a bit expensive

Excellent apartments for a family, I recommend, good owners

Pros: Easy to get to from the airport, the apartments are very spacious, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, an excellent pool, a shopping center nearby, many cafes and restaurants

Cons: There is a construction site opposite the apartments, it is noisy, but it did not bother us, since we were absent during the day.

Good value for money you pay

Pros: Spacious apartments, good equipped, good wifi, nice terrace and swimming pool. Free parking in front of door and in garage. In 1 min walking distance is bakery with cafeteria. In 10 min walking- shopping mall and a lot of restaurants. Host was friendly and waited us for very late check in.

Cons: There was dust under the bed and on TV furniture, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Too less toilet paper rolls. Basic ingredients too cook were available, but I think it’s remaining from previous tourists. No coffee. No shower gel in the bathrooms, only handsoap. Till Funchal 4 km, it’s 1 h walking distance. There is big construction in front of terrace, so seems, no sea view anymore in 1-2 years.

Pros: I messaged the lady to let her know i had collected my hire car from the airport and was on my way to the apartment. She replied quickly to say she would meet me there and she was waiting for me upon my arrival. The apartment is a good size and in a quiet location for families away from bars and clubs. Very clean with modern kitchen apliances. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool. Id sta

Cons: This is out of the owners hands but there is building work going on opposite the apartment. Some of the builders noise you quickly got used to and could filter it out but days they were hammering at the bedrock were enough to give you a headache after a while. No building at the weekend which was nice. I would stay here again regardless of the building works.

Pros: Good location, quiet area, spacious apartment, easy access, underground parking ok.

Tolle Wohnung- gemütlich mit mehr ausgestattet, als zwingend nötig wäre!

Pros: Die „halbe“nochaussicht“ aufs Meer. Leider wird gebaut- die Aussicht ist dann weg😔- Moblierung schön, Einrichtung top! Fatima war sehr zuvorkommend mit der Schlüsselübergabe!Dsnke!

Cons: Hohe Einstiege in Badewanne- sonst alles prima!

Pros: Muy bien situado, muy cerca de autobus y supermercado. La hospedadora muy amable y atenta.

Cons: Está al lado de una calle con mucho tráfico y había bastante ruido por la noche. Es ajeno al propietario pero no te deja descansar.

Pros: Todo fenomenal. Muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario y de buena calidad.

Pros: Výborná dostupnost do centra, autobus přímo před vchodem
