The King Apartment By Sam Houses

Pros: Everything was great. Most important: - the appartment and its location with an amazing view of Funchal and beautiful as well as functional interior (perfect for 2 couples) - all the utilities available - huge and comfortable balony with separate access to each room. Last but not least, the communication with the host who welcomed us in person and was available on Whatsapp to answer any questions that came up during the stay. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Short trip to Madeira

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Own car parking space in undercover garage was a bonus. Individual room air con. Laundry facilities available although we didn’t use.

Cons: Couldn’t work out how to use the dishwasher!

Pros: Our family had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The environment is beautiful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We felt completely at home - comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every moment. The peaceful surroundings made our family getaway even more special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy, well-maintained accommodation!

Pros: Excellent accommodation, in a good location, a new residential complex. The entire apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, including an underground parking space.

Highly recommend

Pros: This is a very pleasant, spacious and comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the city and the ocean. There is an underground garage there for cars. It also provides easy access to the center of Funchal by bus. If you like to go uphill for shopping, there is a supermarket more or less nearby. The residential complex also has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it because we traveled around the island. Sandra is very supportive and easy to contact with.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment.

Pros: A beautiful apartment furnished to a very high standard, laundry facilities and a lovely balcony, the pool was quiet when we were there and lovely to cool off after a day sightseeing. Its a 5 min drive into Funchal and parking in the supermarket is easy and within walking distance of the main areas. If you are looking for luxury and quiet then I highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: booking.com don't tell you the block is not called King Apartments so we drove around trying to find it as it has a different name. making us late to meet the key holder.

Pros: Apartment is new and clean Amazing view Fully equipped

Cons: I would provide some basics like some washing and dishwashing cups, oil, salt Payment and check-in also can be a bit smoother But overall everything was really fine

Amazing accommodation in a lovely island

Pros: A beautiful modern apartment with excellent fixtures and fittings . The rooms are spacious and we loved the extensive balcony with its views over the town and the sea. Parking was good and we had our own dedicated spot. Sandra was helpful and responded promptly to any questions . There is a bakery and small supermarket within east walking distance.

Cons: We loved the property but it would have been improved by providing a welcome pack.- tea, coffee, milk and perhaps a bottle of the local wine. We have always found that at any apartments we have stayed in. We did not use the swimming pool but if we had we would have looked for bath robes.

Pros: Heerlijk appartment met alle voorzieningen. Goede uitval punt voor dag trips

Cons: Niets
