The Prince Apartment By Sam Houses

We felt really comfortable there.

Pros: Very specious, fresh interior. It is perfect if 2 couples travel together as it has separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The underground parking spot is pretty wide. Also, they provide all necessary basics on the kitchen(some oil, tea, sugar, salt, spices)

Cons: Quite small TV-screen in the living room, far from the coach for such size :) Vacuum cleaner would be great to have too

Clean and well presented, but the pool was only usable until 8pm. After a long day, 9/10pm is better

Pros: We did walk to the centre on day one, but it is quite a hike back. There are buses but we hired a car.

Cons: The explanation regarding payment. This should have been communicated prior to arrival, as we spent the first 3 days of our holiday trying to sort it out. In the end we had to pay more to transfer money, which elevated the given price of the apartment. This could have been avoided.

Great stay

Pros: Modern apartment, very bright and sparkling clean. Equipped with everything that’s needed. Easy check in and check out. Welcoming and friendly host.

Cons: Very comfortable beds but for us all the pillows were to high and in one of the bedrooms the car noise from the street is a bit loud when you have the windows open at night.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Really clean, new apartment. Underground parking too and an excellent location.

Pros: new and big apartment, with nice kitchen and washing machine. Also there is a free parking and a pooll in the area

Great apartment to use as a base for exploring Madeira

Pros: Brand new apartment very spacious, clean and good facilities. Perfect for a week in Madeira. Free underground parking a big advantage for renting a car too.

Cons: Need a short taxi ride to get home from the city centre as the hills are very steep (still cheap so not a big issue)

Amazing luxourious stay in paradise

Pros: Apartment was amazing - it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, had two bathrooms and beadrooms, amazing livingroom and balcony that we really liked for breakfast and dinner (sunrise and set). Gates are closed giving it really privat and secure feeling and pool was amazing for swimming. Had really good sleep and would stay there again. Host was nice, in contact if needed and helpful with airport transfer organizing.

Cons: Second set of keys for appartment would be good but nothing to complain really.

Fully equipped Appartement

Pros: The Appartement is large and is fully equipped (Furniture, Kitchen with electro stove not gas, Microwave, Dishwasher and washing machine). It is also equipped with several lovely details which makes it comfortable. The Appartement has a good location regarding the traffic situation if you use a car. Its close to Funchal but you never need to drive trough the centre. So you dont run into traffic jam. By feet you need 20-25 min to the centre. Pool access is also nice (Adults only). We recommend this Appartement and the host.

Pros: Établissement très propre et bien situé. Accueil très agréable ! Bel emplacement de parking sous-terrain facile d’accès. Parfait pour un séjour en famille!

Cons: Rien

Pros: Pěkný, čistý a prostorný apartmán s veškerým vybavením, terasou a vnitřním parkovacím místem.
