FLH Viola Market Studios

Pros: The property is located both close to the city center and in the older part of town. Everything is nearby without the need for transportation. The building has interesting architecture and nice interiors. It is worth noting that some apartments are located on a busy street and above a long-standing pub. A solution is to go to the pub instead of complaining about the noise.

Pros: Excellent location, great presentation and has everything you need. It was conveniently located for tours and pick ups for hikes, located so close to the cable car and beach. I liked the little seated area outside as well.

Cons: Despite the location, the area is LOUD at night. The restaurant below is loud for quite some time playing music and people in the town leaving bars etc. are of course loud until 2am. If you sleep like a log you won't mind. If you're an insomniac like me you probably will!

Overall great, just loud at night

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, the host was great and the everything was clean and comfortable. Worth noting that the apartment is located above a bar/restaurant so it gets VERY loud at night. Not just a little loud... very very loud. I wasn't bothered but if you are a light sleeper or like quiet this is not the place for you.

Definitely worth the stay!

Pros: - Super clean - Location (super central!) - Had everything we needed - Modern (felt like we’re the first people using it) - Super easy check in - Host was really nice, friendly and always ready to help!

Cons: Nothing that the property can do, but I think it’s worth highlighting (sry!). Our apartment (not necessarily all) was on top of a cafe / restaurant and they had live music till late. So that was an issue for me as a light sleeper, especially since we needed to wake up super early for hikes.

Pros: Great location as a starting point to discover the city and start longer trips by car. Many restaurants in the area. Very usefull use of entry code instead of physicall keys. Nice, new & modern room. Very friendly staff, giving usefull recomendations. Definitely FLH Viola Market Studios is a great place to stay and I would choose it once again.

Cons: 1. Shower drain is very narrow (at least it was in our apartment) which can easily may cause a small flood in the apartment if you are not aware and don't pay attention. Not a big problem for a typical man, but may be problematic for ladies with long and thic hair to be washed. 2. At some nights the live music from the bar below may be too laud for some guests. It is not necessary a problem, as we had enough of it only once, and enjoyed the music every other night. Probably it depends on repertoire ;) In general it is not a problem, we didn't complain during our stay, but for some guests it may be. So better give a warning or ask if guests prefer quiter room.

City center location, but Noisy Nights

Pros: The studio flat is immaculate, modern, and newly built, offering all the amenities you could ask for. The space is well-maintained and up-to-date, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The concierge service adds an extra layer of convenience, and any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed by the owner, who was always responsive and helpful.

Cons: The location is excellent, with the city center just a short distance away. The property itself is nice and offers convenience for exploring the area. However, it's worth noting that the evenings can be quite noisy. There’s a restaurant by the entrance that features live music until 10 PM, and a nearby nightclub operates until 4 AM, which may affect light sleepers.

Pros: Good location Well appointed apartment for 1 person, or 2.

Cons: The plaza is busy of a nighttime and there is music that plays til after 10 pm. So be aware you are staying in a lively area and there will be nightlife noise. This is fine unless you need to wake up early :)

Incredible time

Pros: Everything, the style, the utilities, the location, the service. Amazing.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Location and the apartment was beautiful. Responsive host. Close to supermarket and restaurants and bars.
